At present,Chinese voluntary service cause not only becomes a necessary way to strengthen social governance,but also a sign of social civilization progress,which can highlight the meaning of civilized society and promote the construction of civilization in the new era.College volunteer service is an important component of Chinese volunteer service cause.Developing college volunteer service is beneficial to build a high level of volunteer service team and promote the high quality development of Chinese volunteer service cause.At the same time,the new era is calling for a new generation of promising young people,and college volunteer service plays a role of practical education,connecting college volunteers with the society.On the one hand,it can provide college volunteers with an opportunity to increase their social knowledge,on the other hand,volunteer service activities are also an effective platform to promote the growth and development of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to promote voluntary service in colleges and universities.After 20 years of rapid development,college volunteer service has already faced certain development bottlenecks.These problems have various characteristics,but are mainly reflected in the service willingness of college students volunteers.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this study divides the influencing factors of college volunteers’ willingness to serve into volunteer service attitude,subjective norms of volunteer service and perceived behavioral control of volunteer service.Under this theoretical framework,college volunteers of Y School with typical significance are selected as the research object,because compared with other universities in China,volunteer service of Y School develops earlier and faster.A mature voluntary service organization system has been formed,but its development trend tends to be stagnant,which is manifested by the difficulty in innovation of voluntary service projects,the loss of volunteers,and the low willingness of volunteers to serve.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the study identified the specific situation of the subjective feelings,the degree of investment and the degree of dedication in the service willingness of college students volunteers in Y University,and found the specific reasons for the low service willingness of college students volunteers through analysis.At the individual level,there are problems in the control of volunteer service attitude and perceived behavior of college volunteers.At the same time,through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the service intention of the subjects,it is found that the poor management of volunteer service organizations weakens their sense of experience,the lack of relevant institutions of college volunteer service reduces their sense of gain,and the power of social norms is weak,threatening their subjective norms.In fact,it inhibits the willingness of college volunteers to serve.On the basis of previous studies,aiming at the causes of voluntary service intention,this study formulated service plans for group work and carried out group work.With the help of the concept of peer education in social learning theory and the relevant implications of demonstration and imitation,this paper forms a good atmosphere for voluntary service and strengthens the subjective norms of voluntary service.The advantage perspective theory is used to explore the advantages and resources of the service objects,improve their volunteer service ability and confidence,and strengthen the perceived behavioral control of volunteer service.After the end of the group activity,the service effect of the group work was evaluated and analyzed.It was found that the theory of planned behavior was effective in improving the service willingness of college students volunteers.In addition,paying attention to the subjectivity of college volunteers can improve their sense of harvest and experience.In order to improve the service willingness of college volunteers and promote the development of high quality and quantity of college volunteer service.In view of the relevant dimensions of volunteer service intention of college students,this paper puts forward suggestions for social workers,individual college volunteers,voluntary organizations and colleges and universities: Social workers should pay attention to the subjectivity of college students volunteers,and improve the fun and interaction of group work;College student volunteers need to set up correct service attitude,improve service ability and confidence;Voluntary service organizations should promote the deep participation of college students volunteers in activities,care about their emotional experience,and create a harmonious team atmosphere.Universities also need to establish and improve the volunteer training and incentive feedback mechanism,and actively develop a variety of volunteer service projects;Society should promote the new trend of advocating voluntary service and establish a platform for the targeted distribution of voluntary service information.
