| .Under the background of the continuous weakening of family pension function and the difficulty of urban social pension to meet the diversified and personalized needs of the elderly,the development of community mutual pension is an important measure to cope with the aging of urban population and meet the needs of urban elderly pension services.As a special resource embedded in social relations and social structure,social capital has a close logical relationship with urban mutual pension,which is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of urban mutual pension.At present,with the development of urban modernization,the loss of social capital has become a realistic constraint on the development of urban mutual pension.In order to study the practical path of social work intervention in mutual pension under the background of social capital loss,the author,based on the urban community mutual pension project,studies and analyzes the service provision process of social work intervention in urban community mutual pension with the trust,rules and network of social capital theory as the theoretical framework.The practical path of social work intervention in urban mutual pension is to build community interaction platform,cultivate community trust It starts with the development of community norms and the construction of mutual aid networks.The mutual pension plan has four stages.The first stage: community publicity and demand collection.Understand the basic situation of the community endowment and carry out community publicity for mutual endowment,so as to adjust the mutual endowment plan to prepare for the development of mutual endowment in the future.The second stage: reshape the trust between participants.This stage is the "warm-up" stage of mutual support for the aged.The main purpose of this stage is to promote the cultivation of community trust in the community,reshape the trust between the participants of mutual support for the aged and implement the responsibilities of all participants of mutual support for the aged in the community.The establishment of trust is mainly between social work institutions and community neighborhood committees,social workers and party members,community backbone,the elderly and residents and residents.The third stage is to build a community mutual-aid pension network.This stage is the official beginning stage of mutual-aid pension.The forms of mutual-aid network include: mutual assistance within the group,mutual assistance within the community,mutual assistance between the group and the community,and mutual assistance between the community and the community.The fourth stage: building mutual pension norms to ensure the sustainability of mutual pension.Social workers ensure the stability and standardization of mutual assistance among residents by establishing group norms and creating a culture of loving and helping the elderly in the community,Through the comparative analysis of the data and data before and after the intervention of social work,it is concluded that this method is a feasible way to effectively meet the needs of the elderly for spiritual comfort,daily social participation and health care.In view of the problems faced by social work involved in urban community mutual pension,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: improve the evaluation method of mutual pension projects,improve the incentive mechanism for all parties to participate in mutual pension,and establish a team of mutual pension volunteers. |
