Social Work Practice Research On Urban Children’s Community Social Capital Cultivation

“The interaction among the Community,Social Workers,Social Organization,Social Resources and Community Autonomous Organization”promotes the development of community governance to refinement and specialization,among which the cultivation of community social capital by social workers is an important measure to promote “The interaction among the Community,Social Workers,Social Organization,Social Resources and Community Autonomous Organization”.As a key group in the community,the cultivation of children’s community social capital will drive other residents to participate in community governance.This paper tries to carry out services under the core concept of social capital,and uses the professional knowledge and practical methods of Social Work to cultivate children’s community social capital,hoping to mobilize more residents to participate in the community by point,and provide a successful cooperation model for the development of community governance in the future.Through community data collected by participatory observation,interview and the author’s own reflection,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the communication status of children in T community,and discusses in detail how urban children’s community social capital is cultivated,thus promoting children’s community participation.In this paper,the practice of building children’s community social network,enhancing children’s community trust,promoting the improvement of community norms as the main line,to foster and build children’s community social capital.Encourage children to participate in community activities by creating community communication opportunities and building community participation platforms for children,so as to expand the social network of children’s communities;Through creating a general trust environment in the community and deepening the special trust relationship,to foster the concept of children’s solidarity,so as to promote children’s community trust.Through promoting community institutional norms and strengthening community reciprocal norms,guiding children to establish community behavioral norms and reciprocal consciousness,so as to cultivate children’s community norm.At the same time in practice to explore the intervention of Social Work in fostering community social capital can play a role,and theshort of sevices.In addition has a reflection of theoretical strategy.
