Comparative Study On The Management Status Of Children’s Physical Fitness Training Institutions In Chengdu Before And After The "Double Reduction" Policy

Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,so it is necessary to give full play to the positive role of physical exercise in children’s health.The implementation of the "double reduction" policy,vigorously encourage quality education;Reduce homework burden,based on students physical and mental health;Standardize off-campus training and adhere to strict governance.Children’s physical fitness training industry has gradually become a sports industry recognized by parents,students and the market.The industry has entered the rapid development stage of the exploratory period.The impact of "double reduction" policy compliance and sports industry trend of children’s physical fitness has become the focus of all kinds of education and training industry transformation,a large number of capital into the sports market,Chengdu children’s physical fitness training institutions how to face the opportunities and challenges,comparing the "double reduction policy" before and after the operation and management of physical fitness training institutions and existing problems,for their healthy and sustainable development,Therefore,the research on topic selection has practical significance and application value.This paper takes the operation and management of children physical fitness training institutions in Chengdu as the research object;By means of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,this paper studied the operation and management of 17 physical fitness training institutions for children in Chengdu,analyzed the current situation and management system,and drew conclusions,aiming at providing theoretical reference and practical support for the healthy and sustainable operation and management of physical fitness training institutions for children in Chengdu.After the "double reduction" policy,the operation and management status of 17children’s physical fitness training institutions in Chengdu were investigated and analyzed in various aspects,and the following conclusions were drawn:By conducting a comprehensive survey and analysis of the current management status of17 children’s physical fitness training institutions in Chengdu before and after the "double reduction" policy,the following conclusions are drawn: Compare the changes in the external environment of children’s physical fitness training institutions in Chengdu before and after the "double reduction" policy.As of November 2022,the total number of children’s fitness centers in Chengdu is 639,an increase of 104.64% compared to October 2020.Among them,there are 133 pure children’s fitness centers;506 specialized sports venues(offering children’s physical fitness courses).The standardized development of "double reduction" has weakened disciplinary training,and the children’s physical fitness training industry has gradually become a focus of industry transformation.A large amount of funds have entered the sports market,causing its rapid development.However,the lack of new regulatory systems has led to the rapid and disorderly development of the physical fitness training market.Compared before and after the "double reduction" policy,students’ homework burden has been reduced,and they have more time to participate in physical fitness activities.Secondly,training institutions have sprung up like mushrooms after rain and there has been a large number of students.At the same time,course services have been provided to meet the educational needs of parents.Before the "Double Reduction" policy,the coaching team was mainly composed of non sports professionals with low education and no certificates.After the "Double Reduction" policy was issued,highly educated professional coaches held certificates to work,but the lack of human resource management system concepts led to unstable personnel turnover in the large team.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Children physical fitness training institutions seize the opportunity to promote the development of children physical fitness training market.(2)Children physical fitness training institutions must master the corresponding basic needs of consumers.(3)The government shall formulate a unified access standard certification system for the sports training industry.(4)National qualification certification system to improve the comprehensive quality of coaches(5)Establish correct business philosophy,attach importance to human resource management,and enrich profit model.
