Study On Adaptive Intervention Of Migrant Workers Returning Home During Epidemic Period

Wenzhou is a developed area of China’s private manufacturing economy,attracting hundreds of thousands of hubei migrant workers to find employment in Wenzhou.In the spring of 2020,during the national COVID-19 epidemic,the number of people infected in Wenzhou was relatively large due to the close communication between Wenzhou and Hubei.After more than a month of epidemic prevention,the epidemic was effectively controlled and the enterprises began to resume work and production in an orderly manner.However,the employees from Hubei Province encountered some problems when they returned to Wenzhou to resume work.This paper discusses the rights and interests protection and relief measures for the rework and reproduction of migrant workers from Hubei Province in Y Company from several aspects such as children’s education and labor relations encountered in the process of rework and reproduction.The author takes the social work ecosystem and the system theory as the framework,according to the time and space transfer of migrant workers’ problems as the order,adopts the social work professional method to provide services,and adopts the interview method and questionnaire method to evaluate in the group work.In the social work service process of migrant workers’ children education,the author adopted the reciprocity mode and the development mode of group work,collected problems through group meetings and experience sharing,and reached consensus on the basis of adopting individual opinions,which reflected the group consciousness of group work.In the process of labor relations assistance case service,the social support process is adopted to provide practical help,so that the recipients can gradually adapt to the new working environment and finally integrate into the new environment.From the perspective of service effect,the problems of the above service recipients have been improved to a certain extent,their work enthusiasm has been greatly enhanced,and their occupational adaptability has been significantly enhanced.Therefore,social work plays a certain role in improving the damaged rights and interests of laborers,boosting economic recovery and promoting the development of harmonious labor relations between labor and capital.At the same time,the research of this paper further enriches the practical research field of the adaptability of migrant workers.
