| In recent years,China’s higher education has developed vigorously and made remarkable achievements.With the expansion of the scale of higher education,the number of college graduates continues to rise and hit a record high one after another.The total and structural problems of the employment of college graduates pose severe challenges to the employment of college graduates.Governments at all levels have issued a series of policy documents to promote and stabilize employment and strengthen employment guidance services in light of the actual employment situation of college graduates,so as to help graduates complete the smooth transition from school to society.However,in the context of diversified times,college graduates’ employment choices,employment opportunities,employment methods and employment channels have become more and more flexible,and the traditional employment services have been unable to better meet the increasingly personalized and differentiated employment needs of college graduates.In December 2015,the Ministry of Education for the first time proposed to "establish a precise employment service mechanism",taking "precision" as a new requirement for the employment of college graduates."Precise employment service",an important directive,points out the direction and implementation path of the future employment of college graduates from the national strategic height.The employment service of college graduates is a complicated system engineering.It is bound to be difficult to solve the problems existing in the traditional employment service by relying only on the strength of the school.The pressing task is to further play the role of macro-control and comprehensive coordination of the government,guide employers and all parties in the society to actively participate in employment services,and realize precise employment services for graduates through the cooperation of the government,universities,employers and the society.In view of this,this paper takes the precise employment service for college graduates as the theme and carries out an in-depth study from the perspective of synergetics.Firstly,through the review of foreign and domestic literature,in order to fully understand and grasp the concept of accurate employment services for college Graduates.The applicability of synergetics theory,human-job matching theory and job search theory as the basis of this study is also expounded.Secondly,from the perspective of historical evolution,it traces the steps of the reform of the employment system for college graduates,and discusses the development course and current situation of the employment service for college graduates from the four aspects of the government,colleges,employers and society.Then,combined with the existing data and the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the total amount of employment services for college graduates is insufficient,the quality is not high,the structure is not good and other problems are more prominent.The causes of these problems lie in the lagging concept of employment service,the lack of cooperation among the main body,the dispersing of resources,the incomplete system and the shortage of personnel.On this basis,it is proposed that under the guidance of accurate thinking,the accurate matching between employment service supply and demand should be realized with the help of Internet information technology.Then,it introduces the cases of precision employment service in China,and compares them with the advanced practices of the United States,Japan,Germany and other developed countries in the implementation of precision employment service,so as to learn from the experience and inspiration.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of the employment service for college graduates at the present stage,combined with advanced experience of foreign countries,it is proposed to construct a multi-coordinated precise employment service system for college graduates from the aspects of concept remolding,subject collaboration,resource integration and service guarantee. |
