| In recent years,"teaching well,practice diligently,play regularly " is the slogan often put forward in school physical education.At the same time,the sports option class ssystem in senior high school has also become a general trend;These signals all point to "teenagers master motor skills".Since May 2007,the State Council has issued the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening youth sports and enhancing youth physique,which puts forward that "each student can master more than two sports skills in five years." Subsequently,documents on "promoting young students to master sports skills" are also being issued.As of October2020,the general office of the CPC Central Committee The general office of the State Council issued the opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school physical education in the new era,which proposed that "physical education curriculum in the stage of compulsory education helps students master one or two sports skills and guides students to establish a correct outlook on health.Physical education curriculum in senior high school further develops students’ Sports expertise." In the past 13 years,six documents and the same requirement are enough to show that the state attaches great importance to the important link between mastering sports skills and the healthy development of teenagers.At the same time,the curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high schools issued in 2017 also puts forward new requirements for cultivating students’ Sports expertise.So what is “mastery”? There is still no unified standard.Based on the above background,the research on developing the evaluation criteria for ordinary students to master volleyball is carried out.Taking the students of volleyball optional class in Chongqing No.8 middle school with strong volleyball campus culture as the experimental object,this study invited college physical education teachers,middle school senior physical education teachers,middle school teachers and researchers,senior coaches and high school volleyball optional teachers as members of the evaluation team and research consultants,and carried out the research by comprehensively using the methods of literature,interview,test,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,This paper explores the concept of ordinary students mastering volleyball,the evaluation contents and evaluation indexes of ordinary students mastering volleyball,and draws the following conclusions:(1)the construction of ordinary students mastering volleyball should comply with the principles of science,effectiveness and operability.(2)Ordinary students’ mastery of volleyball means that ordinary students can apply their limited volleyball knowledge and skills to participate in volleyball competitions between classes or above and enjoy volleyball competitions at all levels.(3)The evaluation criteria for ordinary students to master volleyball include two first-class indicators: volleyball skills and volleyball knowledge;Volleyball skills are composed of four secondary indexes: introduction to volleyball,volleyball technology,volleyball tactics and volleyball rules.The test contents and evaluation standards of men and women are the same;Volleyball sports skills are composed of four secondary indicators: front upper hand serve,running cushion on both sides,running pass on both sides and rebound on the wall.The test contents of men and women are the same and the evaluation standards are different. |
