Research On Constructing The Evaluation System Of Volleyball Skills For Students Majoring In Physical Education Of Colleges And Universities In Gansu Province

In recent years,the rapid development of volleyball in my country has made schools at all levels pay more attention to the volleyball skills of physical education teachers.The purpose of the physical education major is to cultivate excellent physical education teachers,and more attention should be paid to the mastery of volleyball skills of the students of the major.With the reform and development of the physical education curriculum,the teaching evaluation of the physical education major is the value of the professional students’ physical learning and its effects Judgment is also being valued more and more.This research is aimed at the current situation of learning evaluation of volleyball courses in physical education,based on teacher professional development theory,modern physical education teaching evaluation theory and other concepts,and emphasizes multiple aspects from the aspects of physical education professional training goals,sports skills learning goals,and sports learning evaluation.The evaluation methods are combined and different subjects are evaluated together to make a comprehensive evaluation of the volleyball skills of physical education majors,and build a relatively complete evaluation system of volleyball skills of physical education majors.By consulting domestic and foreign literature,according to the volleyball teaching content and sports skills learning objectives specified in the "National College Physical Education Undergraduate Professional Curriculum Program" and other documents,taking the general volleyball course of physical education in Gansu Province as an example,relevant experts,Teachers conducted interviews and questionnaire surveys to initially develop a volleyball skill evaluation system for college physical education majors in Gansu Province.Using the Delphi method,after two rounds of selection,modification,and supplementation,the third round was evaluated by experts and calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.The weight value of each indicator is calculated,and a complete evaluation system is finally obtained.Finally,a certain college student is selected for empirical application.The results show that the new evaluation system is feasible.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The construction of the evaluation system in order to enable students to have a clear understanding of their own motor skills,understand their own strengths and weaknesses,and facilitate learning and improvement in future life,highlighting the student’s dominant position.In addition,it indirectly promotes the improvement of teaching quality and learning effect.2.,through the steps of index primary selection,optimization,screening and weight establishment,the evaluation system of volleyball sports skills in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is constructed.The evaluation system is divided into three levels: four first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators.The evaluation system is more reasonable,the content is more comprehensive,the weight is more objective,and the whole evaluation system is progressive and interrelated.3.the evaluation system has been approved by teachers and students through empirical application,it shows that the evaluation system has certain maneuverability and rationality,but the follow-up research still needs to expand the sample size to carry on the more thorough and meticulous research.4.this evaluation system can comprehensively test the mastery of sports skills of volleyball general courses for students majoring in physical education in Gansu Province.It has certain reference value for solving the practical operation of volleyball general course evaluation of physical education teachers.
