| The ’ double reduction ’ policy proposes to reduce the burden of students ’homework in the compulsory education stage,further improve the quality of school education and teaching,comprehensively reduce the total amount and duration of homework,and reduce students ’ heavy homework burden.After-school exercises are an important part of Chinese textbooks,which have strong practicability and guidance.It plays an important role in improving the quality of school education and reducing the burden of students ’ homework.Therefore,in the context of ’ double reduction ’,it is necessary to use after-school exercises reasonably.This paper takes the ’ compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard ’ and the recent development zone theory as the theoretical basis.Firstly,the after-school exercises of the second-stage unified edition of Chinese textbooks in primary schools are analyzed and sorted out from three aspects : the amount of questions,training elements and writing characteristics.Then,in the form of a questionnaire,the teachers and students of the second stage of a primary school were investigated to understand the use of after-school exercises by teachers and students in the second stage of the primary school.The survey found that after the implementation of the ’ double reduction ’ policy,teachers ’ use of after-school exercises has improved : the amount of after-school exercises has decreased.It shows that teachers attach importance to after-school exercises;teachers learned the ’ double reduction ’ policy.However,there are still some problems in the use of after-school exercises by teachers and students.Teachers ’ problems are : after-school exercises too casual explanation;the homework development of after-school exercises is lacking;the homework type of after-school exercises is relatively simple;the evaluation method of after-school exercises is relatively simple.The problems of students are : the importance of after-school exercises is not high;after-school exercises learning effect is not ideal.The reasons for these problems are : teachers ’ understanding of the ’ double reduction ’ policy is not deep enough;teachers ’ research consciousness is not strong enough;teachers do not fully take into account the individual differences of students;the concept of teacher evaluation lags behind;students do not realize the value of after-school exercises;students ’ preparation is not sufficient.Finally,according to the problems and causes of teachers and students ’ use of after-school exercises in the second stage of primary school Chinese textbooks,combined with the ’ double reduction ’ policy,suggestions for teachers and students to use after-school exercises are given.Teachers ’ suggestions for use are : setting accurate learning goals;choose the right way of learning;creating learning activities;make learning evaluation;layered layout operations.The students ’ suggestions for use are :pre-class preparation to clear obstacles;practice in class to improve ability;use cultivation habits after class.According to the above suggestions,a unit of after-school exercises learning activities is designed,which provides a specific example for the use of after-school exercises. |
