The 21st century is an era of accelerated development of informationization and networking,and with the rapid changes in technology and science,higher level requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of talents.It is proposed in the14 th Five-Year Plan that the current international situation is complicated,the international power contrast is profoundly adjusted,and China’s development is in an important strategic opportunity period.The essence of international competition is the competition of comprehensive national power,and the competition of comprehensive national power is also the competition of talents,and the competition of learning power is implied behind the competition of talents.Therefore,the intensification of the competition for talents,the need for domestic reform,the implementation of the new round of college entrance examination reform,and the emergence of various problems in education have put forward new requirements for the improvement of learning power.And the subject of ideology and politics is increasingly important in today’s learning,as General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned,it is very necessary to provide ideological and political theory courses in universities,schools and colleges in a gradual and spiraling manner,which is an important guarantee to train generations of socialist builders and successors.Therefore,this paper adopts the research idea of "literature,survey,problem,reason,and suggestion".The study of general We hope that the current situation of high school students’ learning power in ideological and political science classes will be studied and some strategies will be proposed to improve the learning power of high school students in ideological and political science classes.The paper is divided into four parts.The thesis is divided into the following four parts.The first part: Explaining the basic problems of students’ learning power in high school ideology and politics classes.The second part: the interpretation of the basic problems of high school students’ learning ability of ideological and political courses,including the basic connotation of students’ learning ability of ideological and political courses,the inner logic of the three elements and the significance of improvement.The third part: the current situation of high school ideological and political class students’ learning ability.By issuing a questionnaire survey of high school ideological and political class students in the learning ability of the present situation and analysis.The fourth part: summarize the problems of high school ideological and political course students’ learning ability and analysis of the reasons.The main factors of insufficient learning ability are analyzed from internal and external causes.The main internal causes are insufficient understanding of ideological and political course,insufficient knowledge reserve of ideological and political course,and lack of consciousness of changing learning mode.The main external reasons are the negative influence of teaching environment,the traditional teaching philosophy of teachers,the need to improve their own quality and the lack of attention to the mentality of teachers and students.The fifth part: senior high school ideological and political course student study ability promotion countermeasure research.In view of the lack of learning ability of students themselves and external factors,put forward the corresponding solutions.
