| Deological and political teaching is the main channel of ideological and political education.The interactive,efficient and harmonious ideological and political lessons in universities play an important role in improving the teaching effect of ideological and political courses for undergraduates and promoting the work of moral education.However,at present,the effect of teacher-student interaction in undergraduate ideological and political lessons is not good,which affects the implementation effect of ideological and political education.This study adopts the case study method,selects H University as a case,and explores the current situation,problems and causes of teacher-student interaction in undergraduate ideological and political classrooms from the perspective of the main body of students.The researchers first conducted pre-interviews with 10 freshman and sophomore students and conducted explanatory contextual analysis.It is found that the interaction between teachers and students in ideological and political classrooms for undergraduates has consistent understandings such as insufficient theoretical attributes and political orientation of ideological and political theory courses,low recognition of ideological and political teachers,and low emphasis on the teaching process of ideological and political classrooms..At the same time,there are also differentiated expressions such as changing the role-playing according to the teacher’s style,and subject differences lead to different responses in class.Based on the current research,the researchers further selected 10 freshman and sophomore students to conduct in-depth interviews,and found that there are many problems in the interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political classrooms of undergraduates.The interaction between teachers and students can be further divided into three types: Silent interaction,Mechanical and Utilitarian interaction,and Emotional interaction.The above types of teacher-student interaction are obviously different due to the influence of different students’ role playing.Which resulted in poor interaction between teachers and students are: a common value pursuit dislocation caused by the interaction between teachers and students’ tropism purpose and main tool,the limitations of communication field block the frequency and quality of interaction between teachers and students,education teaching formal academic level of the teachers and students interaction initiative,multiple role conflict affect the interaction between teachers and students of intersubjectivity,multiple role conflicts affect the intersubjectivity of teacher-student interaction.The good interaction between teachers and students in ideological and political lessons should be constructed from five aspects.Firstly,building a "great ideological and political" pattern,and the second step is implementing teacher education development and training project.Thirdly,strengthening the education and teaching guarantee system for ideological and political courses.Fourthly,optimizing the carrier and path of ideological and political course knowledge dissemination.Finally,constructing teachers and students community of ideological and political course. |
