As an important quality education method besides school education and family education,camp education has received more and more attention from the government,society and families.Since 2016,with the introduction of a series of relevant government support policies,the camp education industry has entered a period of rapid growth.Camp education has entered our country for a relatively short period of time.Because our country’s cultural traditions,historical development,market environment,social and people’s livelihood,and educational concepts are quite different from those in developed countries and regions such as Europe and the United States,it is impossible to simply copy and copy.,Copying the mature foreign camp education product service forms and business models to the domestic education market,it is precisely for this reason to explore the development path of the camp education industry with Chinese characteristics,and develop camp education products suitable for Chinese children Business model is a key issue for practitioners and entrepreneurs in the Chinese camp education industry to solve.This article adopts the method of business case study,taking the K camp education project planned internally by Y company where the author works as a research case,and analyzes and researches the business model design of the K camp education project.First,through the analysis of the case,identify the problems faced by K camp education in resources and core capabilities,user needs,value propositions,profit models,marketing promotion,and conduct targeted analysis of the problems;then,based on the business model Theory,puts forward the business model canvas of K camp education,and proposes solutions to the business model problems faced by K camp education from the five levels of product positioning,value innovation,operation model,profit model and marketing promotion;finally,to ensure The implementation of the K camp education project proposes corresponding safeguard measures from the three levels of talent guarantee,risk guarantee and capital guarantee.Through the research of this article,the business model theory is applied to the camp education industry that has recently developed in the Chinese market,and a reasonable business model suitable for the company’s own resources and external environment has been found for the K camp education project.Through the establishment of a variety of camp education product portfolios,The establishment of online virtual camps,the establishment of cooperative exclusive camps,and the combination of scheduled fees and charges based on such methods have solved the business model problems faced by the project.It provides feasible ideas for the business model design of the K camp education project,and also provides reference and reference for the development and improvement of the business model of the camp education industry in the Chinese market.
