Study On Business Model Optimization Of Pusun Co.

Value chain management is a kind of strategic management.Therefore,based on the value chain management theory,this paper will study the sharing business model of Pusun badminton training machine and optimize its business model based on the value chain theory,hoping to play a role in attracting more and more attention to similar projects.Pusun sports technology co.,LTD.'s intelligent badminton training machine is a kind of sharing badminton machine.There are two main problems: low utilization rate and poor sense of cooperation of gym.This thesis intends to optimize the current business model from the perspective of value chain,so as to solve the current problem.Firstly,the research background and significance are introduced.Then,use literature research and investigation methods to explore the problem.From the perspective of value chain to explore and maximize user value and gym value,so as to optimize the current business model,and at last get the conclusion.From the perspective of customer value chain analysis,improve the service while trying to reduce the price,so as to maximize customer value.From the perspective of the partner value chain analysis,expand of two value chain links: maintenance of and promotion services,so that gyms can get more revenue sharing.Although this paper is a specific case,but the entire optimization process can play a helpful role for similar sharing projects.
