Sports power policy has aroused the National People’s attention to sports,the upsurge of national fitness is gradually rising,which makes sports enter people’s daily life and become more and more socialized,more and more attention is paid to school physical education by social groups.As a key link of school physical education,public physical education course in higher vocational colleges is the main way for non-sports majors to study sports knowledge and skills comprehensively and systematically,students’ understanding and mastery of sports knowledge and skills are closely related to the structural system of the curriculum.A good structural system of the curriculum determines students’ mastery and understanding of sports knowledge,at the same time,it also determines whether the talents can adapt and meet the needs of the society.This paper makes an investigation on the current situation of the implementation of the public physical education curriculum of dance and cheerleading in vocational colleges in Kunming from five aspects: teaching objectives,teaching conditions,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the current dance cheerleading course in Kunming vocational colleges,and to put forward targeted optimization strategies,in order to promote the scientific and healthy development of the dance cheerleading course in vocational colleges,to provide theoretical basis for deepening the reform of public physical education curriculum in Kunming higher vocational colleges.This article mainly uses the literature material law,the questionnaire survey law,the on-the-spot investigation law,the mathematical statistics law,the logical analysis law and so on,through the analysis of the five aspects of the public physical education course of dancing and cheerleading in Kunming higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy.The conclusions are as follows:(1)at present,the description of the teaching objective of the dance and cheerleading course in Kunming vocational colleges is rather general and the standard is not clear enough.(2)most of the facilities in Kunming’s higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of cheerleading teaching.(3)the cheerleading teaching force is young,but the total number of cheerleading teachers is too small,supply and demand are not symmetrical,and most of the cheerleading teachers in these colleges are multi-tasking,as a result,the quality of teaching is not guaranteed.(4)not enough attention has been paid to students’ learning needs and theoretical knowledge.The teaching content of Practice class is too single,lack of difficulty technique and body posture practice.(5)the teaching methods of cheerleading courses tend to be conservative and lack of class interest.(6)the subject and method of course evaluation of cheerleading are too single.Students are assessed mainly by summative assessment,but diagnostic assessment and formative assessment are seldom used.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)every higher vocational college should give full consideration to students’ learning needs in the planning and setting of the course of dancing and cheerleading public physical education,highlight the teaching value of new sports events.(2)based on the characteristics of running a school and the guidance of the outline,the course objectives should be specified,refined and focused to form its own characteristic cheerleading course.(3)in terms of teaching conditions,we should increase the construction of teaching facilities and reasonably allocate the number of students in public physical education courses for dancing and cheerleading.In order to improve the teaching quality of dance cheerleading courses,a good teaching environment should be created.(4)to introduce a group of high-level dance cheerleading teachers to the school through the talent introduction policy,increase the number of cheerleading teachers,increase the current cheerleading teaching task of teacher training,improve the professional level of teachers.(5)pay attention to the theoretical knowledge in the course content,and adjust the content of the theoretical course according to the students’ learning needs,add the content of the basic technical difficulty and body posture in the teaching content of the practical course.Enable the student to be able to study the cheerleading movement more comprehensively and systematically.(6)teachers should increase the application of game teaching and cooperative teaching in the teaching class,so as to increase the students’ interest in the dancing and cheerleading course.(7)in the teaching evaluation,theoretical courses,students attendance,learning attitude and so on will be added to the evaluation.Teachers are encouraged to use diagnostic assessment and formative assessment in the teaching process. |
