| Master of Education(in the field of vocational education)is an important subject to identify teachers’ qualifications without examination,and vocational teacher education curriculum is one of the important forms of training vocational teachers’ qualifications.Based on this,in the context of the examination free qualification of teachers,it is necessary to explore the curriculum of professional and postgraduate teacher education in vocational education to speed up the construction of modern vocational education teachers.This research is mainly divided into the following parts: The first part is the introduction of the background of this research,including the origin,purpose and significance of this research,research methods and ideas;The second part includes the definition of the core concepts and the clarification of the theoretical basis of this study,involving the structuralism curriculum theory and the realism teacher education theory;The third part is the analysis of the system of teacher qualification without examination.First,it combs the historical development context of teacher qualification,then analyzes and interprets the Reform Plan for Examination Exemption Identification,and analyzes the ability requirements for vocational education teachers from all sides,including the ability to practice teachers’ ethics;The fourth part is to further put forward the requirements for the curriculum of vocational education teachers in China based on the analysis of the "reform program";The fifth part focuses on the specific setting of teacher education curriculum for professional and postgraduate students at home and abroad.It includes two aspects:first,analyze and investigate the teacher education curriculum settings in the training programs for vocational education majors in 15 colleges and universities;second,investigate the views and needs of vocational education majors and students on the existing teacher education curriculum in the form of questionnaires;The sixth part is the strategy of designing and optimizing the curriculum of vocational education for professional and postgraduate teachers.Combined with the previous research conclusions,the basic ideas of vocational teacher education curriculum were changed,and the vocational teacher education curriculum was optimized from two aspects of structure and content according to reasonable curriculum principles and value orientation;... |
