Study On The Qualification System Of Vocational Education Teachers In China

Vocational education teachers play an irreplaceable role in promoting curriculum reform,the promotion of study research,guiding the growth of students in vocational colleges,whose qualification strands have a significant impact on the quality of vocational education in our country to a certain extent.Therefore,the good vocational education teacher’s entrance is the key link to improve the quality of vocational education.However,at the moment,the current qualification certification of vocational education teachers basically follow the system of ordinary primary and secondary school teachers qualification certification,there is no independent qualification certification system for vocational teachers,which has the gap with the duties and characteristics of vocational education teachers,mainly manifested in the differences between professional education teachers and ordinary education teachers in terms of professional knowledge and skills,as well as basic qualifications.Therefore,the characteristics of vocational education and the importance of vocational education teachers require the establishment of independent vocational education teacher certification system.This study adopts the method of literature analysis to review the basic theory of the qualification certification system of vocational and technical teachers,the current situation at home and abroad as well as the necessity and possibility of the qualification certification of vocational education teachers.By using the comparative research method to compare the qualifications of VTE teachers in the developed countries of Britain,America and Germany from three aspects: the qualification standards of VTE teachers,the subjects of accreditation and the accreditation procedure,and sum up the experience characteristics;The questionnaire survey is used to investigate the teachers of vocational education,and understand the Suggestions and opinions of the vocational teachers’ group on the qualification certification system of vocational teachers.This study elaborates the practical needs of vocational education teacher qualification certification system from the aspects of the characteristics of VTE teachers,the necessity and possibility of vocational teacher certification.Based on theinvestigation of vocational education teachers in vocational education teacher certification system,the existing problems of vocational education teachers qualification certification in our country,and drawing lessons from the beneficial experience of vocational education teachers in developed countries,To put forward in accordance with the current vocational education teachers’ qualification certification standards,to improve our vocational education teacher qualification system.
