This research reads the current situation of postgraduate cadre team construction from the perspective of role theory,and mainly explores the main problems in the process of postgraduate cadre role-playing from the aspects of postgraduate cadres’ role cognition content,role expectation performance and role practice behavior.Using questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct research,the analysis results show that the interaction between individual postgraduate cadres and the surrounding environment,social norms and social evaluation is the main source of their role cognition;The expectations of graduate students are rich in connotations and prominent features;the role practice footprints of different postgraduate cadres are quite different.In the process of role-playing,some postgraduate cadres have frequent role conflicts,mainly including internal,inter-role and external conflicts.This research focuses on analyzing the role conflict motivations of graduate cadres and finds that factors such as changes in national strategies and social environment,complex internal and external relations of higher education,and the subjective differences of individual role players affect the realization of the role scripts of graduate cadres.This research takes strengthening the role adaptation of postgraduate cadres as the starting point,and proposes a concept update strategy for the construction of postgraduate cadres,including establishing a virtuous circle of educational management quality,education-oriented role values,and sustainable development of roles and tasks;From the perspective of the whole process of role growth of cadres,the practical strategies for team building include strengthening role learning to strengthen role beliefs,clarifying role boundaries to ease role tension,deepening role adaptation to improve role happiness,and improving the growth cycle "role script" to enhance graduate cadres.Role identity and achievement. |
