The Multiple Social Role Of Postgraduate And Adaptation Of Education

In nowadays’social change, social development is rapid, seen from the longitudinal and transverse speed of development, the complexity of society lead that people are responsible for more and more social role, what kind of role dose a graduate student charge with? Firstly, as a graduate, he should strive to do research, make a contribution to national. Secondly, in the family, he should respect the elders, do his best to make their physical and mental joy and happiness. When in the social, in order to make more money, many students do a lot of part-time job. So as a social person, he should contribute his strength to the development of enterprises, loyal to the company, there are many other roles and so on. In the multiple social roles of graduate students act on, some roles are coordinate, for example, these two roles that national loyalty and at home to do the dutiful son do not conflict, and others are conflict, this paper studies the conflict.The orientation of this research is to analyze the specific performance of graduate students’the multi-role conflict on the perspective of the theory role conflict and consumer, and investigate the reasons of the graduate student role conflict in depth, and propose solutions strategy. And then provide a reference for graduate students how to effectively adjust their role conflict.The contents of this paper is divided into three parts, the first part discusses the theoretical basis of this article, define what the state that the graduate student should be, such as, has an independent personality, the spirit of innovation and criticism, as is to graduate students, the role they should play is researchers. The second part is to discuss the actual performance of the role conflict with the survey. The third part is the focus of this article, discusses the reasons of the role conflict in depth.
