| With the gradual popularization of higher education in China,independent colleges,as a special product,have promoted the rapid development of higher education in China.In recent years,with the continuous development and growth of independent colleges,a certain scale has been formed.Now,according to the relevant requirements of the documents of the Ministry of education,in order to achieve sustainable development,the independent college is facing the transformation,which is completely divorced from the direct management and school running guidance of the parent public universities.In the critical period when the independent college is facing the transformation,how to optimize the management of counselors,so as to strengthen the ideological and moral education of students and promote the successful completion of the transformation of the independent college needs further thinking and research.In a large number of data collection is presented in this paper,on the basis of literature study and statistics analysis,the main use of literature review,case analysis and questionnaire investigation method,in turn set under the background of independent college counselor management as the research object,a detailed analysis to set up under the background of independent college counselor management status and the existing problems,Countermeasures are put forward to optimize the management of independent college counselors under the background of transformation.Paper,narrates the research background,purpose and meaning,illustrates the status quo on the subject of research at home and abroad,by HJ college counselors and questionnaire survey of college students,at the same time for part of the counselor’s on-the-spot interviews,data collection,find out the HJ college counselors to manage the current existing problems and analyze the possible reasons,Finally,HJ College is taken as the research object,and the instructor management of HJ College is studied from the perspective of human resource management by using the knowledge of business administration.A series of optimization measures are proposed in the study,such as:From the point of view of the college,it is necessary to improve all kinds of systems related to counselors and increase investment in the management of counselors.From the point of view of the administrators,according to the special situation of the independent college,it is necessary to clarify the orientation of counselors and arrange work tasks according to the actual situation,and strengthen the daily training and education of counselors in the process of work.Make full use of various methods to improve counselors’ loyalty to the independent college and the post itself,improve their working ability,and also make full use of incentive theory to stimulate counselors’ work enthusiasm in the process of work,to ensure counselors’ working attitude;Counselors themselves should recognize the importance of this job and improve their overall quality.Taking the turning point of the establishment of HJ College as an opportunity,focusing on the connotation,through these countermeasures,we strive to optimize the management of HJ college counselors and accelerate the process of the establishment of independent colleges.I hope it can be used for reference by other independent colleges. |
