| Urbanization is the general trend of China’s social development in recent years.From the earliest "single" flow of migrant workers,to the "husband and wife" migration,and now the "family migration".A special urban group,namely migrant children,was born in this process.A large number of migrant children have become a group that can not be ignored in urban life,and the problems they face are also highlighted.In the process of social adaptation,migrant children will be affected by various factors such as culture,environment and system,and will encounter a variety of problems.If they are not properly dealt with,their healthy growth will be negatively affected.Migrant children are likely to become excellent labor force and permanent residents in the future,and their social adaptation will not only affect their own development,but also affect the future development of society.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to use the perspective of social work to help children with social adjustment.This study takes the accompanying children of C primary school in Changsha as the research object,and adopts the social work method of group work to carry out the corresponding group activities,so as to improve the social adaptability of the accompanying children of C primary school in Changsha.In the main body of this research,the author first using the method of literature investigation and observation method to know the trailing in Changsha city C primary school children’s social adaptation difficult situation,again through the questionnaire survey,with the aid of young children’s social adaptation scale(modified version)in Changsha city trailing C primary school children’s social adaptation difficult condition investigation and analysis of its social adaptation difficulties.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,dominant perspective theory and social learning theory,strategies to solve the social adjustment difficulties of the accompanying children were studied,and six targeted group activities were designed to intervene the accompanying children of C primary school in Changsha.Through the development of group activities,the accompanying children can improve their self-confidence,overcome loneliness,learn to control bad emotions,improve their learning ability and interest,relieve interpersonal discomfort,and finally achieve the goal of improving the accompanying children’s social adaptability.This research consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper.The second chapter introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this research.chapter three analyzes the current situation and causes of social adjustment difficulties of children in C primary school in Changsha.chapter four is the intervention process and evaluation results of group work on the accompanying children of C primary school in Changsha.The fifth chapter is the summary,suggestion and reflection based on the practical process. |
