H College New Entry Counselor Role Adaptation Social Work Support Research

With the rapid development of economy and society,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has placed the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in a prominent position and made a series of major decisions and arrangements.The "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and specialized forces.College counselors are the backbone of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people and doing a good job in ideological and political education for college students.However,in recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of college counselors,the turnover rate has also increased.At present,a large number of college counselors in my country are fresh graduates of various colleges and universities or young people from other occupations in the society.At present,young counselors in colleges and universities in my country account for a large proportion of college counselors.The continuous injection of young blood into the counselor team is also a process for college graduates to move from school to society,and to constantly perform roleplaying in actual social life,so that they can meet the corresponding requirements of the various roles they should undertake.The role transition from student to professional has a large span.During the process of role integration,newly recruited college counselors are more likely to have problems and confusion related to role adaptation.Can they have a clearer understanding of the sudden role transition? Giving it a legitimate status has become a major issue facing young counselors and the entire education system.By entering the group of newly recruited counselors in H colleges and universities,this adopts the method of qualitative research to deeply observe the phenomenon of difficulty in the group of newly recruited college counselors.The working method solves the problems encountered by the newly recruited college counselors in the role adaptation.The study found that the role adaptation of newly recruited counselors directly affects their work status in the future,and even affects the construction of the reserve force of my country ideological and political teams.The intervention of based social work not only helps new counselors face their difficulties in role adaptation in the early stages of work,but also promotes their career growth and enhances their professional competitiveness.At the same time,the work mode of practice cases provides social workers with opportunities and conditions knowledge,and ability development,and also provides other practitioners with experience in carrying out similar services,thus providing social work in colleges and universities.Based on the practical experience that can be used for reference,a scientific path for the construction of the ideological and political counselor team in colleges and universities is targeted to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
