| Women’s fitness service is one of the contents of national fitness service.As the capital of our country,Beijing is in the forefront of economic development,and women’s enthusiasm for fitness is high.Both free fitness paths and commercial fitness venues are ushering in the peak of development.At the same time,problems such as blind fitness,sports injuries,and unreasonable guidance emerge in an endless stream.Physiological differences also prevent women’s fitness from copying the content of men’s fitness,but need their own "textbooks".Therefore,it is essential to provide precise services that meet the needs and physical and mental characteristics of female fitness groups.The research purpose of this paper is to explore the realization path to meet the increasingly personalized and professional fitness needs of female fitness groups,and to improve the fitness service satisfaction and stickiness of female groups.From the perspective of the data management process of big data,literature method is used to describe the application of big data technology in sports and fitness and other fields.On-site observation and questionnaire survey method were applied to collect data on 504 female fitness members,56 coaches,and 30 venues.To understand the structure of venue managers’ precise service products for women’s fitness under the big data revolution,the tripartite relationship between venues,coaches and members,and the setting concept of precise service processes,experts were interviewed.The research data is sorted and word cloud is produced by mathematical and statistical method,and the application logic of big data technology in the process of female fitness precise service is explained.After presenting the user portraits of female fitness members,coach portraits and the actual operation of fitness venues,the technical path to achieve precise services is proposed.After research,the following conclusions are drawn: Female fitness members in some venues in Beijing already have fitness-consumption ability and habits.There is still much room for improvement in the service level of fitness coaches in some venues in Beijing.Some venues in Beijing have initially provided hardware and software for precise services conditions.Data collection,storage,processing and analysis are important steps to achieve accurate services for women’s fitness in Beijing.Data-based management is the necessary basis for improving the precise service capabilities of women’s fitness in Beijing,and it is also the inevitable direction for the development of Beijing’s fitness service industry.The following suggestions are proposed to improve the precise service level of women’s fitness in Beijing:(1)Creating a data-based fitness atmosphere,and deepen the application of membership management system in fitness venues.(2)Establishing a data sharing path between intelligent electronic equipment and membership management system.(3)Strengthening the venue’s ability to dynamically integrate data.(4)Founding a core fitness service system based on females’ needs.(5)Improving ability of fitness practitioners.(6)Promoting multi-industry cooperation and exchanges,and broaden the development of Beijing’s women’s fitness precision service capabilities. |
