Research On Intervention Of Group Work In Promoting The Adolescent Community Involvement

Community is one of the direct places for adolescents activities and communication.Adolescents involve in active and beneficial community activities can not only cultivate their positive outlook on life,world and values,but also promote the development of theirs socialization.However,due to the weakly awareness of the community involvement,it is seriously insufficient.In order to improve the adolescent community involvement,especially recreational and voluntary involvement,this study intervened the current situation of adolescent community involvement on the basis of in-depth understanding of the basic situation of the community.This study took adolescents in a certain community as the research object.With the communication with the adolescents and through the review of relevant literature in this community,it was found that their awareness of community involvement is not enough.Based on this,the study used mixed research methods,including standardized questionnaire,interview method and observation method,to investigate and analyze the current situation of the adolescent community involvement in Y community.It was found that the teenagers in Y community showed weak willingness and low ability in community involvement.Further analysis of the reasons for those problems: firstly,teenagers’ awareness of community is relatively weak,and their sense of responsibility and belonging to the community is relatively low;Secondly,they have low self-efficacy and lack of understanding to judge their own ability and community involvement ability.This study took the advantage perspective theory and the social learning theory as the theoretical support,Y community youth as the research object,adopting quasi-experimental design method,the sense of community and self-efficacy as the independent variable,the level of community involvement as a dependent variable,combined with the specific situation of the community to design the group work plan,aimed at through group work intervention,improve the level of community involvement in intervention group of adolescents,increase the understanding of community and community involvement,improve the sense of community and self-efficacy,at the same time let the community residents realize the importance of community participation,stimulate the willingness of residents to involve in the community.During the intervention phase,members of the intervention group were provided with six group activities,while those of the control group were not provided with any intervention.Quantitative data analysis was used to conduct pre-test and post-test for the members of the intervention group and the control group before and after intervention.Used the SPSS 25.0 to analyze the changes of the values before and after intervention,and analyze the activity satisfaction of the members of the intervention group.Qualitative data analysis method was used to analyze the work objectives,intervention process,intervention action and intervention influence of group activities.Combined the comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative data showed that the intervention of group activities had a certain effect on the level of community participation of teenagers.Through the problem analyzed and activity intervention of the adolescent community involvement,and through the constant reflection and evaluation during and after the intervention,this study draws the following conclusions.First of all,promote adolescent community involvement not only needs to improve the theirs understanding of the community,but also needs to exercise the ability of community involvement in the process of practice,increase their grasp and understanding of their own ability;Secondly,the promotion of adolescent community involvement not only needs to improve their own awareness,but also needs to start from the family and even the community,improve the awareness of the whole community residents to form an active atmosphere of community involvement.
