| With the development of urbanization,the number of migrants in cities is increasing,and more and more migrant children follow their parents to live and study in cities.Mental health issues,especially self-efficacy,there are obvious problems that need our attention.This study took X community as the research site,and used quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect data.First,the scale was used to measure 110 children in the X community.Through the analysis of the scale data,it was found that the migrant children in the X community had low self-efficacy.Second,we interviewed some migrant children,parents and community workers,and learned that they have problems such as poor academic performance,lack of confidence in communication and poor emotional regulation,and analyzed the causes of their problems from four aspects: individual level,family level,school level and community level.Thirdly,8 children with similar self-efficacy performance were selected from the migrant children to become group members.Taking advantage perspective and self-efficacy theory as the theoretical basis,they carried out seven practical intervention activities to achieve group goals.In the group evaluation stage,the process evaluation and result evaluation were used to observe the goal achievement and performance of the group members,and to analyze the results of the before and after measurement forms of the group members.It was concluded that there were significant differences in the self-efficacy scores of migrant children.I have improved my confidence in learning,learned to formulate reasonable plans and completed them effectively;overcome my inner timidity,improved my initiative in making friends,mastered some interpersonal communication skills,and slowly learned to control my bad emotions.Finally,continue to explore ways to improve migrant children’s self-efficacy in family,school,community,etc.,and summarize and reflect on the conclusions and shortcomings of this research. |
