Today,core literacy has set off a frenzy in the field of education.Logical reasoning,one of the six core qualities of mathematics,provides important value for us to solve practical problems in mathematics.Good reasoning skills help to strengthen the understanding of mathematical knowledge,but also help us to discover the connections between things in life.The good development of students’ core literacy is in the high school period.Therefore,it is important to investigate the current level of logical reasoning literacy of high school students and to propose targeted and purposeful training strategies.In the context of educational theory,this study sorts out the important achievements of logical reasoning by consulting and collecting relevant literature.According to the curriculum standards(2017 edition),combined with the college entrance examination syllabus,this paper compiles a series of test questions to test students,associates the students’ test scores with the PISA ability level division,analyzes the current situation of the logical reasoning literacy level of high school students from the whole and the part,and selects five mathematics teachers to conduct interviews on the research topics,and its research conclusions are as follows:(1)The level of logical reasoning literacy of high school students represented by the second year of high school is low.Taking the passing line of each level as the standard,78.3%of the students meet the requirements of level one,and level one is the level that high school students should achieve to successfully complete high school studies;39.3% of students meet the requirements of level two,and level two is the level that high school students should achieve when taking the college entrance examination;only 18.6% of students meet the requirements of level three,and level three is the level that excellent high school graduates should achieve.(2)Through the understanding of students’ basic information and the identification of students’ basic self-information,it is concluded that the overall performance of high school students in the six core qualities of mathematics is not optimistic.Among them,students had the lowest level of logical reasoning in the core literacy of mathematics.(3)Among high school students,boys have a better level of logical reasoning literacy,but there is no significant gender difference.This conclusion is inconsistent with the conclusion that most teachers believe that boys have a higher level of logical reasoning ability than girls.(4)The solidity of the basic mathematical skills has an influence on the student’s logical literacy level.The quality of the grades is basically positively correlated with the level of logical reasoning literacy,but the correlation is very weak.In order to solve the above problems,based on the relevant education teaching theory and starting from the actual teaching situation,this paper proposes the following targeted teaching strategies: 1.Focus on the basics and strengthen the teaching of basic concepts.2.Create diverse contexts to enable students to understand the process of knowledge generation in reasoning.3.Fully combine the reality of life and motivate students to make bold guesses.4.Pay attention to the training of problem-solving thinking,and comprehensively cultivate the core literacy of logical reasoning.5.Change their own teaching concepts and improve their educational theoretical literacy.
