Study On The Development Situation And Countermeasures Of Children’s Martial Arts Training Institutions In Xinyang City District

Children are the hope of our country’s future development,and education for children ranks first in national education,and children’s martial arts training is an important branch of children’s education.The city of Xinyang is located in the Soviet area of Hubei and Anhui,where the cultures of the north and the south meet,and its martial arts heritage,training and development have unique characteristics.This paper uses the literature method,field research method,questionnaire method,mathematical and statistical method of Xinyang city(Shihe District,Pingqiao District)10 children’s martial arts training institutions basic status,martial arts instructor status,the current situation of students and parents status 4 aspects of research and analysis,grasp the actual development of training institutions,to explore the development of its impact factors,put forward targeted countermeasures to promote the Xinyang city area children The research findings are as follows.The findings of the study are as follows1.The children’s martial arts training institutions in Xinyang City have more martial arts routines than sparring courses,and the majority of training venues are up to standard,but the height of the venues is poor;some training institutions have insufficient training equipment and facilities to meet the normal training of students at the same time.2.Young male coaches predominate in the children’s martial arts training institutions in Xinyang City,with a large proportion of part-time coaches,relatively short years of teaching experience,low technical levels,weak teachers,and too little training for coaches;the classroom teaching mode is relatively homogeneous.3.The students in the Xinyang municipal area are mainly boys in primary and secondary schools,82.5% of them have been training for less than 2 years,and they lack theoretical instruction in the classroom.58.4% of the students have competition experience and have the concept of strengthening their bodies and bodies.4.Word of mouth is an important criterion for parents when choosing a martial arts training institution,but some parents have old-fashioned ideas and are prejudiced against martial arts;most students at children’s martial arts training institutions in Xinyang City have a low to medium monthly income,but still support their children to learn martial arts.5.The management system of children’s martial arts training institutions under the jurisdiction of Xinyang City is loose,with unclear rules and regulations;the positions are confusing,with one person holding multiple jobs,which affects the stable operation of the institution;and the publicity methods are too traditional and simple.In response to the above findings,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)improve training equipment and facilities to optimise the teaching environment;(2)strengthen publicity to raise social awareness;(3)strengthen trainer training to build a high-quality coaching system;(4)improve the institution’s rules and regulations to enhance operational efficiency;(5)encourage students to actively participate in competitions to improve the reputation of the institution;and(6)strengthen ideological education to instil the spirit of martial arts.
