Investigation On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Children's Martial Arts Training Institutions In Chengdu

This research is based on the normal development of the existing major martial arts training institutions in Chengdu,taking Chengdu children's martial arts training institutions as the research object,conducting a deeper investigation,and finding out based on the author's work and practical experience The problem that hinders the long-term and stable development of martial arts training institutions is to analyze the factors that affect the healthy development of the martial arts training market under the current situation.Further strengthen the emphasis on the overall industrial development of martial arts training institutions in Chengdu,and provide a certain reference for the good development of martial arts training institutions in the region in the future.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the literature research method,the logic analysis method and the statistical analysis method to carry on the more thorough and meticulous research to the present situation of each big martial arts training institution in Chengdu,from the martial arts training institution curriculum establishment,the teacher,the service,the management,the market propaganda and so on,and sets up the questionnaire separately to the student parents,the martial arts coach,the operator and so on three aspects.Through the analysis to find out the following main problems that restrict the healthy development of Chengdu children's martial arts training institutions:1:The quality of coaches in Chengdu children's martial arts training institutions is not uniform,the coaches' martial arts sports grade,coach grade and education are generally not high,even there are no sports level,no coach level and other bad phenomena.2:The teaching setting of Chengdu children's martial arts training institution is not perfect.In the teaching content and form,most martial arts halls still take the old martial arts routine as the syllabus,and the teaching form is also lack of innovation.3:Chengdu children's martial arts training institutions have low satisfaction of coaches in the management system.4: The whole propaganda way of Chengdu children's martial arts training institution is too old,at present,it is mainly based on the students' introduction and the traditional use of propaganda sheet.5: Chengdu children's martial arts training institutions to provide daily services are not perfect.6: Chengdu Wushu training institutions as a whole due to the lack of visibility,society,parents and students have little understanding of martial arts.In view of these problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:1:Strengthen the supervision and management of the training system for coaches in training institutions,and improve the overall comprehensive quality of coaches.2:Improve the teaching management mechanism of training institutions,strengthen the design of rich teaching content and innovate appropriate teaching methods.3:From the coach,cut into the reality,seek the professional ideal and the best match point of the appeal between the organization and the coach.4:Increase the investment in network publicity,as well as a variety of publicity methods and in and out.5:Improve the daily service of training institutions,understand the real needs of parents,improve the identity of parents.6:Create a positive image,improve public exposure and regional influence.
