| Chinese traditional martial arts with the development of Chinese history and civilization,gone through a journey of thousands of years of wind and rain,become a unique art,health,education and entertainment for the integration of traditional ethnic sports.Especially the Chinese martial arts for teenagers not only can strengthen physical health,will also be able to lay the solid foundation for our country’s long-term prosperity.Xi Jinping,the general secretary in a speech at the national health and health convention,explicitly pointed out that,in the current people’s living environment,promote the national fitness,create a healthy life,improve the health literacy,to promote the national fitness and health depth fusion is one of the current and future a long-term work.This fully shows that our country sports enterprise development in the future will be in the national fitness as the basis,in order to promote the health as the goal and task.And with the development of market economy in our country,the sports industry development is very rapid,this undoubtedly on China’s national fitness and health has played a positive role in promoting the depth of the fusion,but also for the development of the sports industry has brought a certain prospect.In terms of the current,the development of the industrialization of wushu has begun start and rapid development,martial arts fitness and training market gradually mature,martial arts industrialization research has become one of the contents of the current research focus in the field of sports economics.In this background,this paper hope through to the sichuan mianyang youth martial arts training status quo of the current investigation and research,found that the current problems existing in the youth martial arts training market,and based on this,advances the relevant Suggestions.This research by using literature data method,questionnaire survey,field investigation and mianyang city youth martial arts training institutions for the investigation and study,in mianyang city and subordinate counties set up more than a decade of four training institutions and wenwu school as the research object:mianyang city youth training center(fucheng district),santai wenwu school,jiangyou taibai wenwu school training base,jiangyou martial arts association.Finally draws the following conclusions:(1)training institutions training content can meet the needs of the students’ interest in learning;(2)most of the hardware facilities,teachers situation of training institutions can meet the demand of teaching;(3)internal organization department division is reasonable,actively promote the development of the institutions and promotion;(4)students satisfied with the basic conditions to compare training institutions,be helpful for the long-term development of the institutions;(5)training institutions at all levels actively organize students to participate in various competitions,performances and general level test,through a variety of means to promote the students learning enthusiasm,strengthen students learning effect;(6)training institutions for the management system of comprehensive and targeted.Theinstitutions but also some deficiencies:(1)the training institutions in such aspects as training equipment facilities,training environment facilities equipped with needs to be strengthened;(2)the training organization of students in a serious imbalance between the sex ratio,students’ age distribution is concentrated at the same time,adhere to the less the number of students training for a long time;(3)training institutions for open for a long time,with the development of the city there are site difficult to extend,recruitment difficulties,market competition is larger,the number is not enough coaches and other issues.On the basis of the research results of this research,in view of the development of mianyang city youth martial arts training institutions development put forward the following countermeasures:(1)through the investment promotion and capital introduction,strive for the sponsorship to attract money,to ensure that the training organization in hardware facilities to effectively maintain and update;(2)the internal structure,optimize the training institutions to set up detailed department of architecture,based on the original increase market risk assessment,market operation,nonlocal admissions departments;(3)strengthen the coaches coaching level,and improve the coach’s accomplishment and personal comprehensive quality;(4)the training institutions should strengthen the communication with brother unit,study and draw lessons from each other,complement each other common development;... |
