Graduate education of physical education is an important component of higher qualified personnel training system in China,and the quality of training is paid more attention to.There is always a strong correlation between case teaching and the training of physical education master.In the training of professional masters in various disciplines,case teaching has also been proved to be a teaching method that can effectively link theoretical knowledge with practical ability,and its teaching effect has been widely recognized.This paper mainly studies the method of creating the teaching case of Sports Prescription course for master of physical education,and applies the created teaching case to the classroom,and proves the role of the course teaching case in the teaching classroom of master of physical education through practice.It is hoped that by showing the creation and application process of Sports Prescription course teaching cases,the case teaching model can be widely promoted in the training of master of physical education,so as to strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the course for master of physical education students.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The creation process of the teaching case of Exercise Prescription course: First,to make teachers and students do a good job of preparation before teaching;Second,students carry out classroom teaching under the guidance of teachers,including the process of teachers introducing,introducing cases and organizing students to discuss problems and summarize.Third,after the end of the class,the teacher should collect the feedback of the classroom teaching effect through a variety of ways,and constantly improve the teaching quality and application effect.(2)"Exercise Prescription" course teaching case application basic process: first,to make teachers and students before teaching preparation work;Second,students carry out classroom teaching under the guidance of teachers,including the process of teachers introducing,introducing cases and organizing students to discuss problems and summarize.Third,after the end of the class,the teacher should collect the feedback of the classroom teaching effect through a variety of ways,and constantly improve the teaching quality and application effect.(3)The application effect of the teaching case of "Exercise Prescription" on the Master of Physical Education of Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 in Xinyang Normal University: The analysis of the coding data of teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching video shows that the class with the application teaching case has a higher degree of teacher-student interaction,and the classroom teaching atmosphere and teaching continuity are better.The final score shows that the average score of the class of applied teaching case is 4.45 points higher than that of the control class,and the class has a higher mastery of the relevant theoretical knowledge of the course.According to the feedback data collected through the questionnaire,the students who participated in the application class of the teaching case of "Exercise Prescription" have a high degree of recognition of the content of the teaching case and the effect of the classroom application.
