Research On Optimization Of Professional Ethics Education In Civil Aviation Vocational Colleges

Vocational Education is directly related to the overall development of education in China.Based on the practical requirements of constantly enriching the contents and innovating the educational methods in the process of professional ethics education,the author focuses his research on the problems and optimization of professional ethics education in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges,that is to Civil Aviation Vocational College Professional Ethics Education Optimization Research as the topic of the paper.In recent years,the state has continuously requested to strengthen the moral education and optimize the professional moral education of Civil Aviation College Students,which is in line with the current situation of our country and an inevitable trend for the state to formulate relevant vocational education policies and civil aviation career planning.It will be helpful to train qualified builders and successors for the development of national civil aviation to carry out the professional ethics education throughout the teaching process of Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges and optimize the professional ethics education with time.This article takes the Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the professional ethics education in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges,emphatically explores the countermeasures of the optimization of the professional ethics education.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is mainly composed of the following three parts: the first part: Is Civil Aviation Vocational College Students Professional Ethics Education related overview.First,briefly explain the concept of professional ethics and Professional Ethics Education;Second,this paper focuses on the vocational characteristics of Civil Aviation Vocational College students and the requirements of professional ethics education and the need to optimize the professional ethics education of Civil Aviation Vocational College Students.The second part: is the Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges Professional Ethics Education Present Situation Analysis.On the basis of affirming the achievements of professional ethics education in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges,this part mainly analyzes the existing problems and causes.The third part: It is the strategy research of optimizing the professional ethics education of Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges.First,it explains the principles of the optimization of professional ethics education in Civil Aviation Higher Vocational Colleges;Second,it mainly focuses on the optimization of the professional ethics education system,the scientific formulation of personnel training programs,and the "dual" education of universities and enterprises,put forward to optimize the Civil Aviation Vocational College Professional Ethics Education Specific Strategy,this part is not only the focus of the paper but also the difficulty.The aim of theoretical research is to be applied to practice,and to accept the test of practice.The original intention of this topic is to explore the general law of the optimization and innovation of the professional moral education in civil aviation higher vocational colleges through a case study.In addition to the basic principles and methods of integrating theory with practice and concrete analysis of concrete problems,the methods of literature study,case study,interview and experience summary are mainly used in the thesis writing.
