Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Professional Ethics Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

Professional ethics is the social work of various positions of the specific work of the staff of the software requirements,is an important standard to reflect the comprehensive professional ability of an employee.Especially with the acceleration of the intelligent process of industrial development in China and the comprehensive upgrading of enterprise technology,put forward higher vocational and moral requirements for new technical skills talents.High-level professional talents not only have a wealth of professional theoretical knowledge and skilled professional skills,but also must have a higher professional ethics.Therefore,in order to respond to the new standards of social talent needs,vocational colleges is bound to strengthen the school teaching management functions,highlighting the educational effect.It is not only the mission of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,but also the urgent task of promoting the teaching management of higher vocational colleges.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the topic and introduces the relevant literatures,gives a brief explanation of the research ideas and methods,and makes some necessary definitions on some of the core concepts involved in the research.And then in the second part of the first part of the domestic and international research on the field of professional ethics related to the theoretical thinking,including moral awareness,Ban Dula observation study,Huang Yanpei professional ethics education theory as the theoretical basis for the study of professional ethics education necessity.In the third part,based on the statistical analysis of the current situation of professional ethics education,this paper analyzes the current situation of professional ethics education in vocational colleges and universities,and analyzes the actual situation of professional ethics education in various colleges and universities from different perspectives Conduct a concise analysis.According to the comprehensive analysis of the above reasons,the fourth part focuses on the level of vocational colleges,for professional ethics education,given some countermeasures and suggestions,that is,to update the teaching philosophy,reform curriculum,clear educational goals,improve the evaluation mechanism,Increase investment in education and other aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that these suggestions can be further validated and perfected in the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges,and also hope to provide some reference for the future research.
