| Since late 2019,a sudden outbreak of a new infectious disease,coronavirus pneumonia,has taken its toll across the country.Stable employment is based on the steady economic growth,but because of the continuation of covid-19,our country’s economy and employment have been greatly affected.The unemployment rate reached 5.2 percent in the nationwide urban labor force survey conducted at the end of2019.The outbreak continued until 2022,with Shanghai closed down in March and Chengdu closed down in September,indicating that the covid-19 epidemic was not completely over,but was continuing to affect people’s normal life and work order repeatedly.In particular,our labor market,the job will continue to reduce.In all the industries affected by the epidemic,the service sector,which involves people-to-people communication and close contact,has suffered direct damage,especially due to the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic,travel restrictions caused a large number of domestic and foreign flights were canceled,causing serious damage to the civil aviation industry,which affected the employment situation in the short term.In this paper,A civil aviation school as a research object,in view of the basic situation of the school,through surveys,interviews,questionnaires and other forms of data collection,and then combined the methods of comparative analysis,qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis analysis to consider the employment problems and reasons of students in civil aviation vocational colleges under the influence of the epidemic,this paper probes into the methods of improving the employment management level of higher vocational colleges of civil aviation.Choosing the employment situation and response of aviation vocational colleges in the context of the epidemic as a research topic can better combine the author’s work practice and more specifically explore new methods and new paths for promoting employment of aviation vocational college graduates in the context of the epidemic.This paper expounds the research background of the paper,the significance of carrying out the research on student employment,briefly introduces the research content,main research methods and paths of this paper,sorts out the basic concepts involved in this paper and the theoretical tools used,and analyzes the employment status of students in civil aviation vocational colleges by introducing field survey data From the four dimensions of schools and students,this paper expounds the main problems and causes of employment in civil aviation vocational colleges,focusing on how to effectively optimize employment management,cope with the adverse impact of the epidemic on employment in civil aviation vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It includes adjusting the post structure to be employed,strictly grasping the actual teaching quality,defining the responsibilities of multiple employment management,creating a recruitment publicity platform through multiple channels,improving the management system of follow-up education and practical projects,and promoting students to establish a correct career outlook.On the basis of the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the employment management experience of colleges and universities at home and abroad in response to public health events is used for reference to improve the employment rate of this kind of vocational college graduates.It is hoped to provide some useful suggestions for the employment management practice of vocational colleges during the period of epidemic normalization management. |
