Self-confidence is an important part of a person’s self-awareness,which affects the sound development of a person’s personality and sociality,and early childhood is an important stage for the establishment of individual self-confidence.Inter-class regional activities of the same age are a more open and free form of regional activities.On the basis of regional activities,it combines the space resources,material resources and teacher resources of the same age class.It is an activity in which children choose areas,materials and content according to their own wishes,and fully express themselves,recognize themselves and affirm themselves through self-exploration and manipulation.Therefore,children’s self-confidence,sense of accomplishment and self-efficacy can also be well stimulated by participating in cross-class regional activities of the same age.The research adopts the action research method,supplemented by the observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.With 65 children in the small class of Kindergarten A in Suining City as the research objects,a four-month action research was carried out.Investigate,design and implement an action plan for inter-class regional activities of the same age that affect children’s self-confidence.During the implementation process,continuous reflection and improvement of the action plan to explore the influence and effect of the same-age cross-class regional activities on the development of children’s self-confidence,and how to adopt effective strategies to better promote children in the same-age cross-class regional activities The development of self-confidence.The research results show that the effective development of inter-class regional activities at the same age can promote the development of children’s self-expression,sense of accomplishment and self-efficacy.Cultivating children’s self-confidence through cross-class regional activities of the same age needs to start from three aspects: environment creation,material placement and teacher guidance.Based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward the implementation strategies of the "four modernizations" to cultivate the self-confidence of small class children in cross-class regional activities of the same age,including the integration of environmental creation,the hierarchical delivery of materials,the flexible guidance strategy and the diversified activity evaluation.
