The high quality development of education is inseparable from the construction of a professional and high-quality innovative teachers,teachers’ professional ethics greatly affect the professional level of teachers.The public university students are an important supplement to the construction of high quality teachers and an important part in the process of the development of educational enterprise.The cultivation of teacher professional belief is an important part of the training system of public funded normal university students.Establishing good teacher professional belief will play a positive role in the future development of public funded normal university students,and also have a key impact on the construction of future teachers.This study takes public funded normal university students as the main object of investigation.The main questions include exploring the status quo of public funded normal university students’ professional belief in teachers and strategies to improve public funded normal university students’ professional belief.Through literature review,this paper analyzes the structure of public funded normal university students’ teachers’ professional belief,divides the dimensions of teacher’s professional belief,and combines interviews with literature data to compile questionnaires to explore the problems faced by public funded normal university students’ teachers’ professional belief,so as to put forward effective and feasible countermeasures and provide suggestions for the cultivation of public funded normal university students’ professional belief.This study adopts sampling survey method to conduct questionnaire survey and interview on the public funded normal university students at the undergraduate stage of three universities in J Province.Through analysis,it can be found that there are still some problems in the public funded normal university students’ professional beliefs,such as unclear professional cognition,unclear definition of teacher occupation and teacher professional beliefs,relatively weak professional emotion and professional will need to be strengthened.It is found that the teachers’ professional beliefs of public funded normal university students are influenced by individual,school and society.Through the narration of relevant theories and the analysis and collation of data,this paper tries to put forward corresponding promotion strategies for the professional belief of public funded normal university students.First,it is necessary to clarify the concept,realize all-round training,strengthen professional cognition,cultivate professional emotion,and guide professional behavior.Secondly,we should enrich the content,realize the all-factor promotion,innovate the curriculum system of vocational belief,and integrate the professional curriculum into the cultivation of vocational belief.Third,we should innovate ways to give play to students’ main role,based on knowledge,focusing on practice and guided by example.Finally,it is necessary to perfect the system,achieve full guarantee development,perfect the training process of teachers’ professional belief,implement the integrated training system of pre-service and post-service,and enhance the attractiveness of teachers’ career.
