The modern university academy system is a new green in the history of the reform and development of higher education in the world.It is a new type of interdisciplinary college student education management system established on the wave of development in the new century.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,"building moral character" has become the theme of higher education,the college system has become the breakthrough point of higher education reform.The phrases and sentences,such as “deeply explore the college academy system model”,“explore the college academy system in the new era”,“actively promoting the establishment of student management model of college academy system” appear frequently in many guiding documents issued by the Ministry of Education.These documents have broadened new horizons,built new platforms,and stimulated new kinetic energy for the educational task of “carrying out the concept of educating people through the whole process of education and teaching” deployed by the Party Central Committee.Through literature analysis,fieldwork and questionnaire research,this paper aims to further deepen and refine the theoretical study of modern college academy system,fully grasp the practice of that system,and condense the practical experience and problems.Furthermore,this paper will find the effective model and practice path of college academy system for cultivating moral education in accordance with the national education policy and talented cultivation requirements and promote the cultivation of moral education to be more realistic,in-depth and meticulous,and full of the flavor of the times.Based on a full understanding of the development and evolution,background,practical characteristics,logical evolution,profound meaning and contemporary value of moral education of the system,this paper firstly systematically expounds the high compatibility between the college academy system and moral education,the purpose of moral education and the true meaning of education.Secondly it deeply discusses the effective enrichment of moral education of the college academy system through specific measures,such as implementing the three comprehensive education and the five education together,strengthening the courses for ideological and political as well.According to the definition of relevant concepts,through the online questionnaire survey and offline fieldwork,the sample data collected were processed by IBM SPSS analysis software,the analysis concluded that there are significant advantages and characteristics in the implementation of the current college academy system:dual-institutional collaborative education,cultural education,management education,service education,which can effectively promote the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in detail.At the same time,an analogical analysis of the data reveals that there remains problems in strengthening the educational concept,playing the role of the main body and building the spiritual core in the implementation of the moral education system.Further analyzing the deep-rooted causes of the existing problems,this paper summarize that the implementation of the moral education system of the academy is mainly plagued by subjective factors,objective factors and institutional mechanism factors.Finally,taking the summary of the current problems and reasons for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in the system as a guide,in order to provide an optimized university governance system and a good campus education ecology for the healthy growth of contemporary college students,this paper actively explore the practical path of the academy that can carry out moral education throughout the education and teaching and the whole process of talent cultivation,and put forward the optimal path of education from the four aspects of the organizational leadership,operation mechanism,faculty provision and education mode of the college academy system.
