The state pays more attention to educational evaluation.In October 2020,"Overall Plan for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era" is issued by the State Council.The core of educational evaluation is learning evaluation,while the leaning quality of students should not be evaluated by their scores.The goal of learning evaluation in junior high school science curriculum is to promote students’ science learning.The purpose of adopting curriculum standards is to improve students’ academic level,ensure educational equity,and provide direction and guidance for educators during the teaching process.The paper is based on the investigation of the "Compulsory Education Science Curriculum Standards" issued by the Ministry of Education in April 2022.According to the curriculum objectives and academic quality standards,the new curriculum standards build a literacy-oriented comprehensive evaluation system,and play the functions of guiding,diagnostic and teaching improvement in evaluation and examination.By investigating the implementation of core literacy of science curriculum learning evaluation based on curriculum standards,the status quo of evaluation subjects and methods,and the use of curriculum standards,the author learns about the problems of science curriculum learning evaluation and put forward targeted suggestions for improvement,to help and promote students’ science learning.Through investigation,the existing problems are found from three aspects of the implementation of relevant education policies: target groups,implementation agencies and environmental factors.Problems are found including students’ lack of initiative in scientific learning evaluation,scarce objective measurement tools.Teachers are insufficient attention to the differences of students and evaluation subjects,and relatively single methods and the target group has low enthusiasm in policy implementation.There is a fault line in the communication between the actuators.The environmental factors of the implementation of relevant policies include the uneven distribution of educational resources.The reasons are as follows: heavy academic tasks,urgent need to improve the evaluation quality of science teachers,different implementation of curriculum standards in different situations,long policy revision cycle of curriculum standards,and insufficient integration combination of theory and practice.In view of the above problems and reasons,the paper put forward four strategies and suggestions to the multi-subject subjects including students,teachers,parents and society,which are to promote the learning evaluation ability of students,improve the professional development of teachers’ learning evaluation,adopt multi-subject linkage mechanism and enhance the combination of theory and practice,so as to further improve the research on the evaluation of science curriculum learning based on curriculum standards.
