In this dissertation, the curriculum standards of science subjects in middle school indicated various curriculum standards(test edition) of science subjects in middle school, which included the curriculum standard of physics, the curriculum standard of chemistry, the curriculum standard of biology, the curriculum standard of geography, etc. The author firstly made a study on these texts of standards and their implementation in the practice. From the two perspectives of the text of curriculum standard and cultural philosophical context of the implement of science course standard, the author made investigation focusing on three key points such as the differences domestically and abroad, the evolvement from ancient to modern time and the relationship inside and outside the subjects of science in science curriculum standard. On the base of that, the author carried on some theoretical thinking about the practical problems occurred in the curriculum reform of science subjects in middle school and furthermore put forward some corresponding suggestion to improve the texts of curriculum standard and their implementation in the practice.The main body of the dissertation was made up of three parts. The first part included two chapters. The author explored what were the curriculum standards of science subjects in the preparation in the first chapter and, studied the actual state of implementation of these curriculum standards in the second chapter. The second part included five chapters, the cultural pertinence of the texts of curriculum standards and their implementation were analyzed in the part. The former four chapters in the second part discussed the pertinence of the curriculum ideas, curriculum goals, curriculum contents and the suggestion for implementation, and the later one made a cultural consideration on the curriculum reform of science subjects based on the curriculum standards in four aspects which were about the idea of humanism, the idea of reason, the idea of nature, the idea of pragmatism. The third part which was also the eighth chapter summarized what should be improved in the texts of curriculum standards and the cultural causes which restricted the curriculum reform of science subjects. On the basis of these conclusions, the author put forward specific tactics to set up "the feasible area of reform" for the promotion of curriculum reform of science subjects.
