Study On The Current Situation Of Competition And Training Of High School Men’s Volleyball Teams In Traditional Volleyball Schools In Inner Mongolia

(1)in Inner Mongolia man volleyball bring together the teachers are involved in traditional project school,the coach system gender proportion is reasonable,but high school men’s volleyball coaches larger workload,and coaching team younger,highly educated,fewer senior titles,the volleyball training methods and means of innovation,in theory,there are some limitations.(2)The members of the high school men’s volleyball team of the traditional sports of Men’s Volleyball in Inner Mongolia Region have strong initiative in volleyball learning and a clear understanding of their technical weaknesses.However,there are relatively few regional events,few opportunities to participate and lack of actual combat experience,which limits the improvement of actual combat level and sport level.(3)There is an obvious shortage of volleyball training sites and equipment in senior high schools in Inner Mongolia.The funds for training and competition are mainly appropriated by schools,which restricts the orderly development of volleyball training to a certain extent.(4)In the aspect of talent transfer of the senior high school men’s volleyball team in Inner Mongolia Region,the students participating in the training are mainly promoted through single recruitment,special recruitment and unified examination,or become professional athletes through echelons and sports teams.(5)men’s volleyball in Inner Mongolia tradition project school high school men’s volleyball team coach management and independent operation is in Inner Mongolia traditional project school high school volleyball men’s volleyball team’s main management operation mode,the traditional management operation mode in the "body teaching convergence" and "ShuangJian policy" against the background there are a lot of room for improvement.(6)high school volleyball traditional project school of Inner Mongolia men’s volleyball team participation of students basic technical ability is stronger,more emphasis on serving and smashing techniques of actual combat,but spiking route is relatively single,attack-minded lack of variety,receiving quality relatively general,broken power high turnovers,side shows the integrated use of basic technology remains to be promoted.(7)men’s volleyball traditional project school of Inner Mongolia high school volleyball team overall tactical application of attack tactics is the main attack tactics,fast-break tactics to use less and play a single,the back row attack tactics mainly as a means of transition,there is no real ease the pressure of the offensive player in the team of three-dimensional,longitudinal deepening the imperfection of the offense,The cooperation ability between players needs to be further strengthened.
