Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of The Cultivation Of Male Volleyball Specialists In High Schools In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

According to the new development requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan",volleyball education in senior high school will become the key to cultivate volleyball talents.How to improve and improve the training methods of high school volleyball students is one of the difficult problems to be solved in volleyball education today.This study takes 255 sports specialty students,19 teachers,coaches,previous graduates and parents of students from 13 high schools in Inner Mongolia as the research objects,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,field survey,mathematical statistics.This paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of male volleyball specialty students in high schools in Inner Mongolia,and puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found in the research.Conclusion:1.The quality of the high school men’s volleyball team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been improved in recent years,but the number has decreased,and there is a phenomenon that the development level of each league city is not balanced.2.In Inner Mongolia,the high school men’s volleyball sports specialty exists in the phenomenon of uneven quantity distribution;But on the whole,age,height and other special senior students have higher quality;The main position on the field is the main attack and the secondary attack,while the number of comprehensive reception and free man positions is small;Their athletic level is average3.The training plan for male volleyball students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is formulated according to the requirements of China’s youth volleyball training program,which is scientific.However,there are still some deficiencies in the formulation of targeted training plans,resulting in some students not being able to adapt to the training plan well.4.The cultural class performance and training performance of the men’s volleyball specialty students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are relatively ideal.The main factors that affect the cultural class performance of the volleyball specialty students are learning habits and learning methods.The specialty students hope that the cultural class teachers can carry out basic and targeted teaching to improve their cultural class performance.5.Most of the teachers and coaches have rich teaching experience,and have a certain reserve of volleyball theoretical knowledge,but lack of advanced knowledge intake.The number of experienced and advanced elite coaches is small.6.In view of the current problems in the cultivation of high school men’s volleyball specialty students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,policy support and increased investment are the most effective ways to promote the quality of high school men’s volleyball specialty students.Recommendations:1.Governments at all levels in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should strengthen the change of the concept of volleyball sports,from the aspects of policy support and capital investment to volleyball sports construction and volleyball sports talent training.2.To establish the youth training system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,increase the number of volleyball participants and strengthen the number of volleyball participants in the primary education stage.3.The training mode of high-level volleyball talents targeted and with volleyball training characteristics should carry out the experiment of characteristic training mode in the area with better volleyball development.
