Under the background of the rapid development and wide application of educational information technology,the micro-lesson teaching technology has begun to develop gradually in the field of school teaching.Through research and investigation,it is found that if micro-class can be effectively applied in teaching,micro-class education model can expand teaching resources,realize the innovation and perfection of teaching system,and improve the overall teaching effect of the school.However,there are still some deficiencies in the application of micro-lessons in the teaching of table tennis elective courses in colleges and universities,and there are still some deficiencies in the research on whether micro-lessons have a suitable application environment in the teaching of table tennis elective courses in colleges and universities,as well as the application effect of micro-lessons in the teaching process of table tennis.Therefore,this paper combined with the actual situation of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities to carry out in-depth analysis and exploration,and give full play to the role and value of micro-class application in school teaching.In this paper,five research methods,including literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method,are used to carry out the application research of micro-class in the teaching of table tennis elective course of public sports in colleges and universities,taking Shijiazhuang University as an example.The research results show that:The optional course of public sports table tennis in the school has the environment of applying micro-class teaching.The application of micro lesson in table tennis elective course can effectively improve students’ mastery level of table tennis technical movements.Improve students’ theoretical knowledge of table tennis;Enhance students’ interest in table tennis;Effectively cultivate students’ self-study ability;Expand the space for differentiated teaching.Suggestions:Table tennis optional course teachers should actively promote the integration and complement of micro-lesson and traditional teaching,and also focus on strengthening their own micro-lesson production ability;In the evaluation of students’ learning,teachers should establish a diversified evaluation system to ensure the evaluation of students more scientific and comprehensive;To improve teachers’ ability of making micro-lessons,establish a systematic and comprehensive micro-lesson teaching system,and give full play to the best effect of micro-lesson teaching;Teachers should attach importance to the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability,give full play to students’ subjective initiative,and students actively participate in the learning process of micro-class,so that the micro-class teaching model can play a greater role in the teaching of public sports table tennis elective course in colleges and universities.
