Research On The Development Of Changzhou Youth Amateur Basketball Club Under The Background Of Sports And Education Integration

The integrated training model of sports and education refers to taking school sports as the main basis for talent training,and at the same time encouraging the development of social youth sports clubs.Promote the cultivation of sports reserve talents.In the context of deepening the integration of sports and education,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of social sports clubs.Only by clarifying the path for social sports clubs to serve schools and healthy development,and jointly formulate the access standards for social sports clubs to enter the campus,can we effectively promote more social sports organizations to grow into new positions for youth sports development.This paper uses research methods such as expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and field observations to investigate and analyze the development status of amateur basketball clubs in Changzhou under the background of integration of sports and education,and explore the major youth amateur basketball clubs in Changzhou under the background of integration of sports and education.The relevant influencing factors and existing problems of development are finally put forward to optimize the development of Changzhou amateur basketball club,which provides a good theoretical basis for the transformation and development of Changzhou amateur basketball club under the background of integration of sports and education.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.From the policy support,Changzhou government stepped up to social and public sports service project investment,encourage teenagers amateur basketball club positive power school sports reserve personnel training,pilot cooperation through clubs and schools to establish "famous school-run diamond",to promote school sports as the dominant characteristics of the campus basketball culture.2.Influenced by the policy of teaching integration,the club managers and coaches are younger and more professional,the education level of coaches is improved,the teaching qualification is more complete,and high-level coaches have become the new choice of some clubs.3.From the perspective of the teaching operation of the club,driven by the policy of sports and education integration,the club has closer cooperation with the school,and the number of trainees has increased;Some clubs can take the initiative to adapt to the change of the situation,actively expand basketball reserve talent training services,club competition enthusiasm and students enthusiasm to further improve.4.From the perspective of the club’s security mechanism,the club’s funds are insufficient,and the venue and facilities cannot meet the development needs;The supervision and management of club coaches need to be strengthened.5.From the perspective of the problems in the development of the club,the course forms in the operation of the club are not diversified and the service supply is not accurate enough;Some coaches have lagged behind in policy cognition,lack of teaching enthusiasm and need to improve their salary level.The parents of the selected students do not have high recognition of the integrated training mode of physical education;Club competition mechanism needs to be improved,the level of student competition needs to be further improved.In view of the problems existing in the development of amateur basketball clubs in Changzhou and the influencing factors restricting their development,the following suggestions are put forward: The relevant sports departments of Changzhou government should strengthen the supervision of youth amateur basketball clubs and promote the further implementation of the relevant policies of deepening the integration of sports and education;Changzhou youth amateur basketball club should improve the comprehensive quality of coaches,perfect the supervision and management system of coaches and evaluation system,and build the exchange and learning platform of club coaches.The sports departments concerned of Changzhou government,primary and secondary schools and amateur basketball clubs should make joint efforts to strengthen the publicity of sports and education integration policy and create a good social basketball atmosphere.Changzhou youth amateur basketball Club should pay attention to the competition and provide opportunities for more social youth basketball fans to show themselves.The club,school and government should jointly promote the construction and development of youth amateur basketball league system.
