Study On The Path Of Developing Small Basketball Project In Baoji Youth Amateur Basketball Club

With the all-round development of China’s sports and the establishment of the goal of building a sports power.To realize the all-round development of China’s basketball career and constantly strengthen the reserve talent force of China’s basketball contains unique social value and spiritual strength.China’s "little basketball" started late.Since China Basketball Association restarted the "little basketball" project in 2017,China’s "little basketball" fever has spread to all parts of the country like a spark.This paper takes Baoji City as an example,using the knowledge and theory of pedagogy and sociology,on the basis of the relevant public participation data collected from the survey,is committed to combining the empirical research methods and relevant theories from the aspects of research focus,research scope,research basis,research means,and conclusion expression,so as to create a stronger environment for Baoji City Basketball atmosphere,let more children understand basketball,love basketball,participate in basketball.Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,data statistics,field observation and other research methods,this paper investigates the development of small basketball in Baoji amateur basketball club,students,students’ parents,coaches and managers,understands its development status and problems,and puts forward the path of small basketball in Baoji Amateur Basketball Club.Based on the empirical study of "little basketball" in Baoji basketball club,it is found that the main problems of "little basketball" in the club are the lack of attention from relevant departments,the lack of public awareness of "little basketball",the lack of human and material resources,the lack of small basketball events,and the low proportion of investment in publicity.Finally,according to the causes of these problems,corresponding suggestions are put forward one by one.These suggestions will help the club to take the path of characteristic sustainable development:(1)actively implement the relevant policies,and further promote the relevant policies of "little basketball" to become a "walking system" in the sunshine.(2)Optimize the club’s human and material resources,and provide a practical and effective human and material basis for the development of "little basketball".(3)We should strengthen publicity and popularize "little basketball" so that the public can easily get the information of "little basketball" in a short time.(4)Establish and improve the management mechanism of small basketball games and training,protect the healthy development of public participation,so that public participation in environmental protection activities can be more scientific,efficient and in-depth.(5)Starting from the "interest",we should innovate the club training concept,so as to promote the enthusiasm of public participation and promote the club to take the path of characteristic sustainable development.
