| Research objectives: In this study the paralympic snowboarding physical ability,on the basis of related research,screening of national paralympic snowboarding man UL level athletes fitness evaluation index,determine the index weight,try to develop national paralympic snowboarding man UL athletes fitness evaluation standard,in order to national paralympic snowboarding project man UL level athletes physical training to provide the reference.Research methods: This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,actual measurement,mathematical statistics and so on.First of all,through the consult literature and consulting experts,sketch the body shape,body quality and body function of 47 primary indicators,and develop the national paralympic snowboarding man UL athletes fitness evaluation index survey questionnaire,to the national paralympic veneer ski team coaches as well as the national paralympic alpine ski team coach questionnaires,After the questionnaire was collected and the questionnaire data were collected,3 first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes were selected,which constituted the check indexes of physical evaluation of UL level male Paralympic snowboarding athletes.Secondly,according to the check indexes,the questionnaire on the Weight of Physical Evaluation Indexes of UL Level Male National Paralympic Snowboarding Athletes was developed,and the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)after the data was sorted out.Thirdly,a total of 6 UL athletes from the National Paralympic snowboarding team were selected as test objects for physical fitness test.Fourthly,the percentile method is adopted to convert the athletes’ physical fitness test data into corresponding scores,and establish scoring evaluation standards and grade evaluation standards.The results are as follows:(1)The physical fitness evaluation index system of UL level male Paralympic snowboarding athletes is determined to be composed of three first-level indexes: body shape,body quality and body function;20 secondary indicators: height,weight,body fat rate,jump squat,hexagonal,improved single leg squat,standing long jump,Bess,abdomen buckling,dynamic buckling,back half squat jump,lie on your back on a reverse layup,bench press,15 meters,standing before body stretch bending,torso,the straight leg-raising,vaulting box,vital capacity,heart rate constitute a minute.(2)Determine the weight of indicators: the weight of first-level indicators is as follows: body shape(26.563%),physical quality(37.500%),body function(35.938%);The weights of the secondary indexes are as follows: Body shape index weight: height(31.148%),weight(38.525%),body fat percentage(30.328%);The weight of physical quality index from large to small is: Squat(8.824%),hex jump(8.824%),single leg squat(8.640%),standing long jump(8.456%),improved Bess(8.456%),abdominal anti-flexion(7.904%),back anti-flexion(7.904%),dynamic half squat(7.721%),supine pull-up(7.353%),bench press(6.985%),15-meter return run(6.801%),standing posture forward bend(6.066%),trunk extension(6.985%),straight leg elevation(6.985%);Body function index weight: one minute jump box(33.884%),vital capacity(38.017%),heart rate(28.099%);Research conclusions :(1)the physical evaluation system of UL level male paralympic snowboarding athletes is composed of 20 indexes covering body shape,physical quality and physical function,and the physical evaluation standard of UL level male paralympic snowboarding athletes is formulated.(2)The physical characteristics of UL level male National Paralympic snowboarding athletes are mainly as follows: body shape: athletes need to meet the physical conditions of large weight and low body fat;Physical quality: athletes need to have strong lower limb explosive power,excellent balance,agility and flexibility;Physical function: athletes need to have excellent anaerobic metabolism and strong cardiopulmonary function.(3)In the first-level indicators,compared with the body shape and physical function,physical quality accounts for the highest weight and has the greatest influence on the athletes’ physical ability.Among the secondary indexes,body weight,squat,hexagonal jump,single leg squat,standing long jump,improved Bess and lung capacity are the core indexes of the physical evaluation system of UL level male Paralympic snowboarding athletes. |
