Research On The Propagation Dilemma And Optimized Path Of The Fitness Week Of The Disabled Persons Reported By The WeChat Public Account Of Provincial Disabled Persons’ Federation

The new era of construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics sports power outline points out that to build sports media pattern,build sports media products,play a short video platform,Weibo,WeChat,client,etc in the positive role of sports culture propagation,in our country,“the health program for China’s 2030” and “ the plan to accelerate the process of the disabled well-off ” also illustrates the development of sports for the disabled,fostering improved disabled sports social organizations,enhance the level of disabled people well-off.The new media platform represented by WeChat public account will be better integrated with the development of mass sports for disabled people in China,and it is of great urgency to improve the social understanding of mass sports for disabled people.Academic circles at home and abroad on the study of mass sports for the disabled relatively marginalized,fitness weeks for the disabled is an important activity form of mass sports for the disabled,in this paper,we study how to apply to the provincial disabled persons’ federation WeChat public number represented by the new media popularize the disabled better fitness weeks,promote the development of mass sports for the disabled and other issues,in reference to previous studies on the basis of deepening the study of mass sports for the disabled,also provides a new thinking and angle.This study is based on communication,sports science,sociology and other fields,through the methods of literature,data statistics and logic analysis method,to the provincial disabled persons’ federation WeChat number public status in the spread of the 10 th week of fitness for the disabled as the research object,from the number of tweets,page content,platform building and so on angle of the 10 th week of fitness for the disabled tweets were studied.Relying on the media function theory and agenda setting theory,this paper analyzes the communication function and communication dilemma of the provincial disabled persons’ federation WeChat public account on the disabled persons’ fitness week through theoretical interpretation,and provides theoretical support for the proposal of optimal path.This article through to the 10 th week of fitness for the disabled to carry out statistical analysis of tweets during boils down to the provincial disabled persons’ federation WeChat public,difficulties in the spread of the 10 th week of fitness for the disabled in three aspects:one is the operators,the disabled fitness weeks information "gatekeeper" missing,such problems as weak overall transmission influence.Second,in terms of the content of communication,there are serious problems such as homogenization of content,small amount of communication content,chaotic push frequency,lack of depth of tweets,limited content form,unclear subject of disabled people and lack of orientation awareness.Third,in terms of platform construction,there are problems such as insufficient visual design of the platform,monotonous menu column services,lack of fitness resources for the disabled,and lack of interactive service functions.Combined with the agenda setting theory,this study proposes the following optimization paths.First,at the content level: optimize topic classification to improve content service;Pay attention to the content innovation,broaden the information source;We will strengthen agenda setting and publicize topics on a regular basis.Second,the operator level: improve media literacy,professional operation team;Third,the level of platform construction: smooth interactive channels,pay attention to the audience feedback.Based on the theory of media function,this paper concludes that the provincial WeChat official account of the Disabled Persons’ Federation has personal,organizational and social communication functions for the Disabled Persons’ Fitness Week.Based on personal features of the functions of focus,organization of interactive function,integration function,transfer function,mobilization,finally summed up the provincial disabled persons’ federation WeChat number public fitness weeks of four propagation theory model,through deep and wide spread promote the spread of fitness weeks for the disabled.
