Social Work Intervention Research On The Cultivation Of Corporate Volunteer Association

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements for social governance.As the basic unit of social governance,the construction and improvement of the community governance system is the focus of completing the modernization of the national governance system.In the past,domestic research on the main body of community governance focused on the government,residents,neighborhood committees,community organizations,etc.,and there was less research on how enterprises can better participate in community governance and play their role in community governance.Compared with administrative departments in the community,social work has stronger professional concepts and practical skills.It can help enterprises to cultivate voluntary organizations through professional methods of social work,and promote enterprises to better participate in community governance.This study is based on the social work intervention projects that the researchers contacted during the internship to participate in community governance projects,combined with the advantages of J community enterprises gathering,taking the cultivation of the J community enterprise volunteer alliance organization in Xiamen as an example,taking the needs of residents in the community,community Starting from demand and enterprise demand,through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that corporate volunteer organizations have some problems in three aspects: organizational members,corporate volunteer services,and voluntary organizations.Analysis of the causes of problems from four aspects: the relationship between the organization and the service capacity of corporate volunteers,using the practical methods of community work and group work,and using the governance theory and empowerment theory as the guiding theory,through the organization’s preparation and establishment stages,the organization’s energy enhancement During the process of building strength and the development and differentiation of the organization,a joint organization of corporate volunteers has been cultivated in the community to build a platform,path and mechanism for enterprises to effectively participate in community governance.The study found that the joint organization of corporate volunteers based on cultivation is conducive to promoting the resources of enterprises to better feed back the community,and to play their own advantages in the process of participating in community governance.In the process of organizational cultivation,the cultivation of corporate volunteer alliances has achieved certain results.The changes of corporate volunteer alliance members are mainly reflected in the enhancement of corporate volunteers’ cohesion,community awareness,and practical ability;corporate volunteer alliances organize The changes at the level are mainly reflected in the continuous expansion of the scale of the enterprise volunteer alliance group,and the prominent role of enterprises participating in community governance.It has become larger,attracting more companies to participate in community volunteer activities.Based on the entire research process,the researchers put forward their own suggestions for the cultivation of corporate volunteer joint organizations from the role of social workers and how corporate volunteer joint organizations should participate in community governance: First,build a bridge between enterprises and communities to promote enterprise Volunteer alliance organization and cultivation;second,integrate the needs of the community,enterprises and communities,and formulate corporate volunteer service plans;third,build a long-term linkage mechanism between enterprises,communities,and social workers to promote normal interaction with each other;fourth,fully explore enterprises,Community and community resources are classified and integrated;fifth,give full play to the leading advantages of community party building to improve the quality of corporate volunteer services;sixth,form a systematic volunteer training course to help improve volunteer skills.
