With the continuous transformation and development of our society,the market competition is increasing,and the private enterprises as the pillars of China’s economic development are also in the fierce competition in the ever-changing changes.The development and prospects of private enterprises are getting more and more attention,and corporate culture as the spirit of the enterprise is essential to the development of enterprises.Corporate social work as a lubricant within the adjustment of the enterprise,has played a significant role in the construction of corporate culture and increase employee satisfaction.The research objects of the study are four enterprises:LH,HX,CM and HB,which are located in Fuzhou of Fujian Province.The author takes multi-stakeholder interests into account from the perspective of corporate social work.After systematically combing the enterprise culture construction and employees’ job satisfaction research,the author aims to the personal work experience in enterprise and uses field method and experimental method to collect information and analyzes the corporate culture influence on employees’ job satisfaction by the statistical software SPSS21.0 dimensions in order to enrich enterprise culture construction and research on the theory and practice of employees’job satisfaction.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,theoretical basis,research methods and literature review.This paper mainly discusses the research questions and ideas,which based on the theory of social support and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and using the method of literature research,questionnaire,and interview method.The second part is the enterprise development.The author first introduces four companies,and describes the questionnaire and data collection used in this study.Then the author analyzes the enterprise culture construction of the four companies and finally,analyzes the employees’ job satisfaction of four enterprises.The third part is the construction process of social work involving the enterprise culture.This part based on the practical basis which mainly summarizes and analyzes how the social work involving the corporate culture construction from hardware facilities,the corporate culture system facilities and cultural activities.The fourth part is the effect assessment.This part mainly analyzes the social culture and the employees’ job satisfaction after the social work involving the corporate culture construction.Then the author compares the former and latter of the corporate culture and job satisfaction in order to assess the effect of social work involving the corporate culture construction.The fifth part is the analysis of the relationship between corporate culture and employees’ job satisfaction.This part mainly uses the survey data of two questionnaires to analyze the correlation between corporate culture and employees’ job satisfaction and regression analysis of them.The sixth part is summary and reflection.This part mainly includes achievement,experience and shortcomings of the social work involving the construction of corporate culture,and the author’s recommendations for future research. |
