Research background:For the ordinary middle school students who are facing the four categories of Shanghai Sports high school entrance examination, their physical fitness seriously affects their learning and mastery of basic sports skills.Through analyzing the data of 120 eighth-grade students’ physical health test scores and core stability test, there is a close relationship between core stability and physical fitness test scores reflecting physical fitness.Students with better core stability also scored better in physical health tests. In addition,in the course of daily physical education teaching and training, middle school students generally have weak core strength and core endurance, poor sense of balance and poor movement control. In this way, when they learn the corresponding motor skills to complete the movement, there is no strong and stable core as the support, which is prone to sports injury and difficult to achieve the optimal movement.Core stability can not only help students improve strength endurance flexibility and other physical quality, but also middle school students in learning and mastering any a sport to maintain the stability of the trunk To improve balance ability and the muscular coordination affects, reduce the risk of sports injury, and to realize the improvement of sports level and performance. This research attempts to through to the minhang district of Shanghai Xin Song middle school grade eight physical health below 60 points for students for14 weeks pilates mat training and traditional core strength training, through the analysis of the related parameters of core stability test two training methods for junior middle school students of core stability effects and for junior middle school students core stability and provide a physical quality training and improve fixed reference basis. As an important training method to effectively develop core endurance and strength, enhance core flexibility and improve body balance and function, pilates mat training is widely used in various sports fields. This study attempts to conduct pilates mat training and traditional core strength training for grade 8 students of Xinsong Middle School in Minhang District of Shanghai for 14 weeks, and analyzes the effects of the two training methods on the core stability of junior middle school students through core stability related test indicators in order to provides certain reference for the training of core stability of junior middle school students. The influence of the two training methods on the core stability of junior high school students was analyzed through the core stability related test indexes, providing certain reference for the training and improvement of the core stability and physical fitness of junior high school students.Research methods: The main research methods of this article are literature method, experiment method, measurement method, mathematical statistics method.Sixty students with poor core stability in eighth grade of Xinsong Middle School in Minhang District of Shanghai were selected as experimental objects for the study, and they were randomly divided into pilates mat training experiment group I(n=30)and traditional core strength training experiment group II(n=30).Participants collect test indicators.5 core stability related test indexes of Guo Liang were adopted as follows: Trunk extensor endurance test(EE),dominant side standing on one leg(DLS),dominant side single leg jump(DLH),trunk flexion and extension range of motion(TFE),20 seconds sit-up(SU).All test indicators are statistically processed and analyzed by WPS 2019 and SPSS22.0.The independent sample T test is used for the data statistics between the groups before and after the experiment, and the paired sample T test is used for the data statistics within the groups before and after the experiment. The significance level is set to 0.05,if the result P<0.05,it means the difference is significant, when the result P>0.05,it means there is no significant difference. After fourteen weeks of intervention training, the core stability related indicators were tested, and the test results were statistically analyzed.Research results:(1)Experimental group I and group II had no significant differences in the 5 core stability related test before the experiment(P>0.05);(2)The core stability of endurance: EE in the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group II was significantly higher after the experiment than before(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in EE between the post-test groups, but the increase of EE in the experimental group I and the experimental group II was greater than that in the male group.(3)Balance of core stability: The DLS of the experimental group I and the experimental group II was significantly higher after the experiment than before(P<0.05).In the comparison between the post-test groups,DLS of female students was significantly different(P<0.05),but that of male students was not(P>0.05).The increase of DLS of female students in experimental groups and experimental groups was greater than that of male students.(4)Core stable functionality: The DLH of the experimental group I and the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher after the experiment than before(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in DLH between the post-test groups(P>0.05),but the increase of DLH was greater in the experimental group I than in the experimental group II and the male group than in the female group.(5)Core stability flexibility:TF,TE and TFE in experimental group I and experimental group II were significantly higher after the experiment than before(P<0.05).TF,TE and TFE were also significantly different between the post-test groups(P<0.05).(6)The trunk power: The SU of the experimental group Ⅰand the experimental group II was significantly higher after the experiment than before(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in SU between the post-test groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in SU among boys(P<0.05),but not among girls(P>0.05).The increase of SU in the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group II was greater than that in the female group.Research conclusions:(1)Pilates mat training and traditional core strength intervention training can effectively improve the test scores of core stability endurance, balance, functional, flexibility of junior middle school students, but pilates training is significantly better than traditional core strength training.(2)Pilates mat training and traditional core strength training improved the endurance balance and flexibility effect of core stability better for girls, and the core stability trunk strength improved better for boys.(3)Traditional core strength training and Pilates mat training both improved core stability of the body strength, but traditional core strength training was significantly better than pilates mat training.
