In the teaching of information technology, as students are different from each other ,they have different levels in learning. If we don't see it, we will ask all the students to the same aims. It will make student who study well eaten too little and who study worse eaten too more. So how to teach students in accordance of their difference to face all the students in deed are the problems teachers have to affront, Stratified group teaching is the efficient way to solve it.The article is based on the theory of new curriculum criterion and give the definition of the stratified group teaching. In the process of action on research,firstly it didn't stratified students distinctly by their difference, hetcrgeneinty grouping students and use their difference as resources to promote each student develop diversity .Secondly it bring forward the detail strategy of stratified group teaching (which including how to set down layered targets and contents, how to coach students differently, how to design stratified exercises and to appraise students by theirs)and put it into practice in the classroom and give two examples for it. What we research make it clear that with Stratified group teaching more and more students have the initiative to study and all the students have made progress in a aspects, teaching in the classroom have get more efficiently.To bring Stratified group teaching into effect well , Firstly we should help student nurturance good attitude to study and build up scientific view of value. Secondly in the process of teaching we should stratified students dynamically and correctly and pay more attention to the student who study well or worse, and protect their proper pride especially. Finally we should make students cooperate really in the study group.
