"The Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" clearly states that "the determination of curriculum objectives should be based on the development of students’ core literacy",and defines and expounds the mathematical core literacy in the compulsory education stage for the first time.It can be seen that the mathematical core literacy is the core and soul of today’s mathematics teaching.As we all know,teaching is a long-term activity,including not only teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,but also feedback and evaluation,How to find an effective way to investigate the level of mathematical core literacy under the current evaluation method is a question worthy of consideration.The applied questions are the most closely related to mathematics and the real world,and are commonly used in the international academic evaluation to examine students’ mathematical literacy.Naturally,the applied questions become the primary question to examine the level of students’ mathematical core literacy in junior high school,while the middle school entrance examination is the most important final evaluation in junior high school,Whether the applied questions have completed the high-quality evaluation of junior high school students’ core mathematical literacy level,and whether they can promote teaching and learning by evaluation,requires further in-depth research.According to this,this paper puts forward two research questions:(1)How to evaluate the applied questions in the middle school entrance examination based on the 2022 edition of compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard?(2)Does the applied question system of the secondary school entrance examination in recent years meet the requirements of the 2022 compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard?(3)What suggestions do you have for the compilation of junior high school math application problems that meet the core mathematical literacy?The research methods used in this paper mainly include:literature research,survey research and statistical analysis.First of all,after extensive reading of relevant literature and referring to the research results of others,the evaluation framework of the applied questions in the middle school entrance examination under the core mathematical literacy is constructed,and then the framework is modified and completed through expert consultation and questionnaire survey,making it a powerful tool for evaluating whether the applied questions in the middle school entrance examination are effective in assessing the level of students’ core mathematical literacy,After the evaluation and research on the applied questions of the senior high school entrance examination in Suzhou,Nantong and Xuzhou in the past five years,according to the analysis results,it can be found that the applied questions of the senior high school entrance examination in the three cities generally meet the requirements of the core standards of mathematics curriculum,and have successfully completed the investigation tasks of "four bases" and "four abilities",but there are still deficiencies in the investigation of the students’ core level of mathematics,such as the simple and conservative design of the test situation.Based on the above results,the researcher put forward three life system suggestions(1)enrich the test situation,pay attention to the diversification of the problem situation,and avoid the repetition and similarity of the application questions:(2)Advocate open design,pay attention to the high-level expression of mathematical core literacy in applied questions,and give students some blank space for answering questions;(3)Increase the proportion of comprehensive test questions and truly realize the quality-oriented proposition.It is difficult to order application questions to fully meet the above requirements.Therefore,the researcher gives specific test questions as a case for the reference of front-line teachers and proposition experts.
