Research On The High Quality Development Of Youth Campus Football In China

Under the realistic background of high-quality development of social economy and the construction of sports power in the new era,Chinese youth campus football needs to realize the transformation from low-quality development to high-quality development,and bear the historical mission of campus football endowed by the new era.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of literature review,Interview method,questionnaire survey,field investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to study the high-quality development of Chinese youth campus football.From the essential characteristics of campus football,this paper analyzes the strategic connotation and the key issues of the high-quality development of Chinese youth campus football,fully learns from foreign successful experience in the cultivation of youth football talents,and then puts forward the promotion path of the high-quality development of youth campus football in China.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the strategic connotation of the high-quality development of Chinese youth campus football mainly includes three aspects:it is a leading sample for deepening the integration of sports and education,it is an important measure to carry out the "double reduction" policy and it is the key link to practice the development concept of "well learning,hard training,and regular games".Second,from the three aspects of "development mode-development structuredevelopment motivation",the paper discusses the key issues that hinder the high-quality development of campus football:The chronic disease at the level of development mode include that the campus football population is large but not strong,the resource consumption is high but the benefit is low,the characteristic school construction of campus football attached more importance to speed than benefit,the competition system construction put more emphasis on quantity rather than quality,the campus football management system is unsound,the campus football culture construction is imperfect,etc.The unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,the unbalanced proportion of activities organized inside and outside the school,the uneven transition between different school sections,the confused opportunity of popularization and improvement,the unbalanced proportion of male and female students participating in activities,and the unbalanced proportion of elite and public structure are the problems at the level of development structure.The need of strengthening the "rigidity" of supporting policies,the lack of social support,the lack of students’ participation initiative,the low enthusiasm of the parents and headmasters,the deviation of the government’s supporting policies and parents’ interest,and the lack of interaction between schools and society are the dilemmas that appear at the level of development motivation.Third,based on the three levels of "transforming modes,adjusting structure,and changing motivation",this paper proposes a promotion path for the high-quality development of youth campus football in China:Change the development mode of campus football by improving the quality of "production factors" such as campus football population and resources,enhancing the overall construction efficiency of campus football characteristic schools and the competition system,and perfecting the management system,cultural construction etc.Adjust the development structure of campus football by increasing the proportion of campus football activities on the basis of organizational activities,narrowing the gap between urban and rural campus football by means of integrated design,unifying the standards of teaching and training content of each school in the region,clarifying the sequence and timing of popularization and improvement,refining policy classification to balance the development of male and female football,and introducing policies and regulations to improve the allocation of public student resources;Transform the development motivation of campus football by improving supporting policies of campus football,strengthening social support,stimulating the initiatives of students to participate in campus football initiatives,improving measures of college entrance and security,synchronizing supporting policies for the interests and needs of grassroots groups,and constructing a campus football multi-cooperation network system.
